I like kohl's. I go into the store a lot. For back to school clothes shopping, I saw a lot of things I liked for my daughter on their website. We went to a kohl's store to shop, and they hardly had any of the things that were on their site. So instead, I ordered online. The clothes took SO LONG to get to me. They use FedEx Smartpost apparently, but do not tell you this when you check out. FedEx Smartpost is lowest priority for both FedEx and the USPS. It also says that items may be packaged separately if necessary, but I didn't expect to get 20 different tracking numbers for each individual item! And they were all sent to different random FedEx Smartpost locations and different states! It was so hard to keep track of what had come and what had not, and I had individual items arriving over the course of weeks. Will never order online from them again!
