I have been ordering to PatPat for a couple of times now and everything was perfect, the ease of ordering online, quick shipping and delivery and good quality stuffs. But this is the first time i had an issue with a lost order. It was lost because it was stolen but their customer service is the BEST! I wanted to acknowledge GENALIE who helped me all throughout the issue. She was professional, helpful, patient, kind and very prompt in answering all my concerns. If it wasn't for her, I would have rated PatPat with a. All thanks to her I got my refund asap. She is a good asset to this company and I hope more people will work like her and may she helped more customers with concerns like mine. Thank you PatPat and Genalie!

Size can be a pain sometimes but their customer service responds quickly.

Used this for daughter's 3rd birthday party. One size up and it fits her perfectly! We received lots of compliments about her little orange woodland fox dress.

I needed to return some items due to size issues and May was very helpful and replied promptly to all my messages to sort out the problem.

I love Pat Pat's products. The past couple of years, I bought maternity clothes, new-born baby and toddler clothes and some other stuffs as well.

However, there was little problem with a little product that I bought last time. So I contacted the customer service centre. At the beginning I was hesitated, because it wasn't that expensive, it was only less than $2. Nevertheless, these customer service team members responded promptly and quickly resolved the problem, they think from the customer's point of view, even though it wasn't that expensive product. I was impressed with Pat Pat's service. In particular, I was grateful for Rose's quick response and problem-solving skills.

As I have been shopping for the past few years, I will continue to buy clothes for my daughter and myself and family.

Highly recommended for you because you can buy pretty products at a reasonable price for your fast-growing babies.

My order was late so they contact me first before I did. They offer me refund and even after a month I received that they charged nothing even on my request to repay. That is why I am writing this.
