So I ordered school clothes for my granddaughter for this school year, and Fed x delivered them to the wrong address, that was on a Friday so customer service department was closed so I had to wait until Monday to call they basically was no help no real solution, She just keep on saying "so sorry for that Mrs Edwards ",and they mailed them again still have not received my order or an delivery date, so I have to start all over again just to get her something to start the school year, it was not easy,but I had to spend that extra money for my granddaughter.
So childrens place yall suck
Fed x yall suck too.
And I really had a hard time understanding customer service, had I ask several times could you repeat that.
