I had an issue where I did not receive my entire order. They were no help. Once the shipping company claims it's delivered. You better investigate yourself because a refund is out of the question. Very unpleasant experience. Word to the wise...not worth the stress! I couldn't give 0 stars. Why would a large company like this treat their customers so poorly?
Tip for consumers:
I wish I had read other reviews before using their website. I was a long time customer (since the 90s) and this was my first shipping error...and am horrified at the callus policy and poor customer care.
