Sent a $#*!ty shirt, not my order no email reply or address to return a po box number no reply, cost me 90 dollars dont do it,

I ordered from this site and it took 6 weeks to get my order. All my items arrived in child sizes instead of mens sizes. I emailed them the next day and heard nothing for a week. Went on their website's FAQ page, It told me my order should have a return link, which it did not. Their service email address also cam e back as invalid. I guess I am out $100+
Would not order from this site!

Clothing don't look like the pictures. Fabric is very cheap. It takes almost one month to receive the merchandise. And when You try to get a refund they take days to reply to the email and then they take more time to give You the mailing address to return the items, then if it's more than one item they will only give You a refund for one item then ask You for the order number and all the information all over again. They do not want to give You the refund so they delay answering questions delay giving a response. I wouldn't recommend this company to My worst enemy.

So, I placed an order for a bathing suit back in September. I have been checking the status of my shipment and it apparently has been in Long Island since the end of September with the description "shipping label created". I checked it again just now and the status is still the same. I have also written them emails inquiring about this but I have received no response back either. I was really excited because this bathing suit looks so pretty but now, after reading all of these reviews, I'm worried. Lesson learned, read reviews before shopping online! Still crossing my fingers it arrives!

I ordered a jacket from Chichime the end of November and received it 12/5. Once I received the jacket I tried it on because I saw I was only allowed 3 days to return the product back with an RAN. I emailed right away and have yet to receive a response. I emailed 12/7,12/9,12/16 and 12/28. Of course no phone number is listed to call them. I even tried commenting on pictures they post daily on Instagram stating I've been trying to contact them and have not gotten any feedback. ZERO! ZILCH! NADA! NO FEEDBACK! So... not only did they get my money, I have a jacket that doesn't fit. I would HIGHLY suggest NOT ordering from this company. As you can see by the numerous reviews, this is happening to a lot of people. I wish there were negative stars rating to choose from because they don't even deserve a 1. Five stars would be given for top scam company!

I've had many issues over the last year but think, why not let's try again because I do like their items.
One order was never received and took months to get responses. Returning the one item I did get was out of the question and nearly impossible. So I still have a jumpsuit that I just needed a smaller size in:/
But-
Eventuality they credited be back the not received items- all but shipping. Gave me a 20% off code and offered free shipping.
Hesitant for imobvious reasons- I did place another order.
The code worked and I got back the 12$ for shipping within a week.
I did have to send one email since the two day shipping wasn't accurate. (it had been a week)
Response within 24 hours. (Shocked!)
My items are scheduled to be delivered today so I'll keep everyone posted on the delivery and condition of the items.
I'm giving a three for the attempt to make things right.

I'm not too much of a fan of online shopping because of all the scams I read about but I had to have this jacket after seeing it on IG. I took a chance and ordered it Monday after my sister convinced me. It just came in the and I must say I'm relieved. The jackets better than what I hoped for Plus I look amazing in it ;) thanks!

I bought a dress from them in July 2015 and it was way too short. I contacted them and asked them how to return the item. They promptly responded that I could receive a store credit provided the item was unworn and with tags. Of course the dress was completely fine. I sent the dress back following the directions they gave me. It is now October and they have still not responded to my numerous e-mails requesting an update. Not surprisingly, they do not have a phone number listed. So now I have, no dress, no money, or a store credit. Awful!

That comment was the first of several I received on the beach this weekend after I wore my chichime Litza bikini. It looked and felt AMAZING! Will definitely check out and order more!
