When I try and place an order it asks me to confirm my address - I entered my address information but as soon as I click "confirm" the address disappears and I cant go any further in my ordering process. It just tells me to confirm my address and the same thing happens (I click confirm after filing it in and it disappears) is there an issue with this feature? How can I get past this in the ordering process? To select payment - it wants me to add my address but the address disappears as soon as I click confirm?

Hello! I placed an order on October third for a crystal X ring, size 4 and I have yet to recieve the item. I've also emailed your company for information as to how to track the order to no avail. There are countless complaints (including mine) about the return process. Why won't your staff at least respond to our inquiries? You took our money and now we have no product. It is a serious issue. I read your return policy and I processed my return accordingly. If possible, I would like to hear from your legal department.
