I've had many issues over the last year but think, why not let's try again because I do like their items.
One order was never received and took months to get responses. Returning the one item I did get was out of the question and nearly impossible. So I still have a jumpsuit that I just needed a smaller size in:/
But-
Eventuality they credited be back the not received items- all but shipping. Gave me a 20% off code and offered free shipping.
Hesitant for imobvious reasons- I did place another order.
The code worked and I got back the 12$ for shipping within a week.
I did have to send one email since the two day shipping wasn't accurate. (it had been a week)
Response within 24 hours. (Shocked!)
My items are scheduled to be delivered today so I'll keep everyone posted on the delivery and condition of the items.
I'm giving a three for the attempt to make things right.
