I bought a dress from them in July 2015 and it was way too short. I contacted them and asked them how to return the item. They promptly responded that I could receive a store credit provided the item was unworn and with tags. Of course the dress was completely fine. I sent the dress back following the directions they gave me. It is now October and they have still not responded to my numerous e-mails requesting an update. Not surprisingly, they do not have a phone number listed. So now I have, no dress, no money, or a store credit. Awful!
