Ripped me off! And what's worse It was a gift I bought for my sister for her birthday. I am so upset. I should have looked the BBB first so shame on me but I saw this on instagram and well the rest is history. I never received my order, I got straight ripped off for $90.00 that I really didn't have to spend to begin with. I have emailed, no response. I have called, personal number. I can't believe this. I'm sad. Please go on instagram and flag them as innapropriate so they cant rip amy more people off. :(

I ordered boots and they charged my card the day I ordered. The promised ship day came and went with no emails about shipping. I emailed them 6 times with no response. I finally emailed them and told them to cancel my order and that I was reporting them to my credit card company and amazingly, they responded to that one. Wanted to know if I still wanted the boots. I did not. I had already ordered them from another site. Just waiting to see how long it will take to get a refund.

I ordered a dress from this website which was described as being red. The picture showed a beautiful red dress. However, when I received the dress it was NOT red, it was a bright pink. It did not look like the picture either. The dress was $70 but looks like a $15 dress from forever 21. I was very unhappy so I attempted to contact the website THREE times with no reply. Long story short I am stuck with the dress and they got their money. Absoutely no customer service what so ever. I will never shop here and I hope nobody else does to save themselves from anything like this happening to them!

That comment was the first of several I received on the beach this weekend after I wore my chichime Litza bikini. It looked and felt AMAZING! Will definitely check out and order more!

Zero stars if possible---! I follow this page on IG and finally came across something nice-- so I rushed and ordered this nice cardigan $60-- ohhhh what a big let down with the quality. The IG pic was impressive and I fell in love with this. In the real it feels cheap and not worth $60 - I could buy a nicer looking sweater at forever21 or H&M. The pic on their site of the person wearing it isn't the same either. Complete let down and will sell this on eBay for less than what I paid for because CHICHIME doesn't return your money but will offer you a merchandise credit. BUYER BEWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible! Look at the pics and the plus on this there are no TAGS! I made a side by side comparison w what they advertise online -- NOT THE SAME

Nothing but love. Aubrey was able to do me the HUGEEEEEEEEE life saving favor of sending the dress I FORGOT to order for my girlfriend to wear tonight (8 month anniversary). I frantically emailed Chichime over the weekend letting them know how I screwed up and forgot to order it when I supposed to. Luckily I live in Williamsburg and they were able to make it happen for me by sending it via messenger service. It just got here. Many thanks!

BUYER BEWARE... ORDERED GOODS ONLINE THAT LOOKED AMAZING BUT ARE IN REALITY, OF TERRIBLE GARBAGE QUALITY. THEY APPROVED MY REQUEST TO RETURN THE ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING COST. I DID THIS, AND GOT NO REFUND. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM. FINALLY GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY GAVE ME A MERCHANDISE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT. I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MESSAGES ANYMORE. BRUTAL!

I bought these earrings as a simple trinket to brighten up my uniform at work, and since I've worn them I've gotten NON STOP compliments! They're so cute, and though when I first got them I was nervous that the back piece would fall out easily if I flip my hair or anything, I've worn them to sleep and they stay right in place. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Super quick delivery, pretty packaging; definitely need to buy another pair on my next paycheck!

My boyfriend got me the Ella Sweatshirt along with the Julia Jeans Jacket. Although I wouldn't pair them in the same outfit individually they look great! The website came up when I bought his sister a chichime NAP Queen sweatshirt since she consistently decides to sleep thru Saturday breakfast and wakes up when everythings already made and done so I guess he remembered. She loves her sweatshirt it fits true to size but I got her a size bigger for a more comfy fit. They have a few other cool ones I think I'll be ordering soon. Oh yea they currently have a 15% off coupon HOLIDAY15 that my boyfriend didn't see even though it was and is stated clearly on their home page. He realized 2 days after his order was shipped and Logan a member of their customer service team was nice enough to adjust the price in the form of a refund and he sent and email o them. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Buyer beware, this place is the most unprofessional place you could ever order from. The quality is $#*! and they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS! I have contacted them multiple times for an exchange and they have yet to respond. It's really bull$#*!, I just had a baby and throwing $50 dollars down the drain is very irksome! I hope those pieces of $#*! theives get their karma soon. I am report them to the better business bureau

First off let me tell you this site is totally bogus. I ordered a pair of leggings and a jacket. Mind you not both items were about average priced (Leggings $32 and Jacket $85). When the package arrived I was mortified at how small it was and started to worry. A jean jacket shouldn't be able to fit into a tiny A5 envelope. When I pulled out the jacket my suspicious were confirmed. The jacket was made out of the flimsiest and cheapest material ever, nothing like the thick sturdy Jean jacket from the photos. But the worst part came when I realized they sent me a totally different color. The jacket I ordered was gray NOT green. When I told them that I was wanted my money back and return the item I received no answer. I had to send numerous emails (who has time for that?) just to get a response. They argued telling me that I would not be able to get a refund. What?! You sent me the wrong item and you are expecting me to be happy about it without my money back? I sent the item back two weeks ago and still have not heard a single reply. My money is gone. They never credited my account or refunded my money. PLEASE DON'T BUY HERE!
