I am surprised to see that other people have had the exact same bad experience with this company! I ordered a dress from them and it does not fit. I wanted to return it and followed the return directions given on the site. I have sent roughly six emails over the process of two weeks and and have not received a single response! Based on the other reviews here, I don't anticipate hearing from them any time in the near future. Luckily, the dress was on sale and I will not have to (for all intensive purposes) throw too much money in the trash. Buyer Beware!

I fell in love with their Infinity Stack but I was reluctant to order because of the reviews on this very site. However after searching other company's website for a similar product with no luck I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did. I received my stack within a few days and couldn't be happier. I'll be sure to order again soon. For those who have any issues I had the pleasure of being in contact with Hanna (*******@chichime.com) she's great. I'd email her if you have any hesitation with placing an order.

I have never been disappointed by this company! I have been ordering from Chichime for about a year now. My orders have always been in good condition, on time, and I am ALWAYS asked by family and friends about my Chichime merchandise. Some of the reviews here are a bit off and you can tell that the same person made negative comments through different accounts. Love this company and I will always be a customer. Hope there is a Chichime store sooner than later :)

My bikini and graphic shirts arrive today. The bikini Is a gift, good quality and I'm REALLY happy with the my shirts! I decided to try them out bc they listed really specific measurements on their site. I'm a size small and you'd be surprised how wide of a spectrum that can be from company to company. I first saw the measurements listed on their "Ok but coffee first" shirt and then again on their "I never liked you Anyway" muscle shirt and felt comfortable since I could determine which one would actually fit the way I would liked. They fit just as I needed them too. I will definitely be reordering soon. Thanks!

I've had many issues over the last year but think, why not let's try again because I do like their items.
One order was never received and took months to get responses. Returning the one item I did get was out of the question and nearly impossible. So I still have a jumpsuit that I just needed a smaller size in:/
But-
Eventuality they credited be back the not received items- all but shipping. Gave me a 20% off code and offered free shipping.
Hesitant for imobvious reasons- I did place another order.
The code worked and I got back the 12$ for shipping within a week.
I did have to send one email since the two day shipping wasn't accurate. (it had been a week)
Response within 24 hours. (Shocked!)
My items are scheduled to be delivered today so I'll keep everyone posted on the delivery and condition of the items.
I'm giving a three for the attempt to make things right.

Chichime.com is more than happy to take your money and rapidly send you a poorly made product. But, when you inquire about returning or exchanging a product the company refuses to communicate with you. The only method of contact is through email. I emailed *******@chichime.com six times about exchanging a product and got no response. For $80 I would like to be pleased with my purchase. Not saddled with something I do not want. My overall recommendation is - DO NOT BUY FROM CHICHIME.COM!

My fiancee ordered me a lovely romper that was for my birthday because I was crazy about it. He paid about $10 extra for priority mail so it could get to me in about 3 days. I never received the order the day it was supposed to be here. We emailed them, they never replied. We messaged them on instagram and yet again they never replied. I emailed one of the ladies about our issue because at this time it was way past the day i was supposed to receive my order. After i emailed her they cancelled the order due to ''unseen circumstances'' and then we got refunded. This was my first and last time ordering from chichime. Save yourself the trouble.

I just purchased a gorgeous maxi dress and several knuckle rings a the vendor event in Soho NYC. The girls were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness and helped me put together an amazing outfit for Sunday barbeque that I'm attending. Will be ordering from them in the future. I ordered a bracelet set that looked beautiful in the photo online. All the reviews on the webpage were very positive so I ordered the bracelet. I accidentally put in the wrong apartment number when I placed the order but I could not reach anyone in customer service to get it changed before it shipped. That was my first warning that something was not right with this company. But I was able to work out getting the package from my neighbor once it was delivered. The bracelet set is pure garbage. One bracelet is a necklace. The bracelet that looks like a necklace is falling apart. The other bracelets are so cheap it's almost amusing. They look like something my daughter would get in a candy machine for 25 cents. I paid $62 for this bracelet set. I have emailed customer service 3 times and I cannot get a response. I put a negative review on their website but they refuse to post it. And there is no phone number to contact them directly. Everything about this company is a scam.

I order the two Hello Kitty mug set and one coma broken. I paid for express shipping and it took over a week to come. I contacted them before Christmas and they made me email a picture of the broken mug in which I did. It took over a week for it to come back to me, even though I placed the original order express mail. The new mug was the wrong color The set came with a red and pink mug, they sent me the red mug. They also stated they would send a gift for my inconvenience. There was no gift and they informed me they would send me my mug over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. My recent emails have been unanswered. I am unable to find a telephone number. I will never order from them again. This was also intended to be a Christmas gift.

Ripped me off! And what's worse It was a gift I bought for my sister for her birthday. I am so upset. I should have looked the BBB first so shame on me but I saw this on instagram and well the rest is history. I never received my order, I got straight ripped off for $90.00 that I really didn't have to spend to begin with. I have emailed, no response. I have called, personal number. I can't believe this. I'm sad. Please go on instagram and flag them as innapropriate so they cant rip amy more people off. :(
