I travel on business frequently and do my own arrangements, often last minute. I have used many other travel sites, but have found CheapOair to be the easiest and cheapest. On my last booking, I made an error involving flex fare dates and the customer service department was very efficient and helpful in getting it corrected without penalty. I will continue to use CheapOair for my future travel needs.

I booked a hotel reservation on line and today I was trying to call the number provided on my receipt, to cancel the reservation. They are eager to help if it is a reservation, but soon as they hear the word cancellation, they transfer your call for ever from one representative to another. It has been for over 1.5 H and I still haven't spoken to the "hotel team" to cancel. It makes me feel, that there is a scheme going on...
I've always had a very good experience with Cheapoair. The website is easy for me to use and anytime I've had to call to change something, I've always had prompt and helpful service. I will continue to use this site for my travel needs!

My friends and I book a flight with CheapOair only to realize that they charged us $150 per person since the actual flight cost through the airline was $1,057. Not only they charged us an extra fee when I call to find out why I had a random $300 charge on my credit card they told me it's because they couldn't do the payment in one transaction but failed to mentioned that the $300 a fee to CheapOair and the actual cost of the ticket was later charge on my credit card by the airline company.
I called them but still waiting to get a call back from the manager to discuss the situation.

I always buy my tickets online with CheapOair.ca they have good specials and good service.
Booked with them for the second time in the last 4 months. No problem the first time as the service and billing was correct. Second time, well let's just say if I operated my own business like this I would be out of business. Was quoted a rate in Canadian dollars and quickly purchased the 4 seats as this was the best rate available on any website. Found out after my credit card statement came in they billed us in US dollars instead as quoted Canadian funds. Cheapoair also decided to add a service charge of $252 Canadian dollars to this transaction. Spent close to 30 minutes on the phone talking to 3 agents up the line. Finally got the service charge refunded but they could not do anything about the US dollars billed versus Canadian dollar quote. The agent said time and time again we booked with the US website and not the Canadian site. We booked on the Canadian site. Last time I use Cheapoair for travel, hotel and car rental. Stay away from this discount travel web site.

Nobody ever recommended CheapOair to me. I found a cheap ticket on this site the first time ever and have saved it as my first reference point when i need to buy a ticket. I have bought tickets on this site on several occasions and i guess it is because i always felt on something cheaper than what i got on other sites for the same flight. Of course if i am not lucky to fall on a cheap ticket, i will not buy it here.

Renata, sorry to hear of your recent experience calling into the office. We have prompts that you need to select when you call into the office, you had been selecting the wrong departments, therefore it was necessary to transfer you to the department that could best handle your cancellation request. I do see that you did get in touch with our hotel team, and the hotel did get canceled for you.
