They told me is non refundable, I live in Calgary and cheapOair, booked me departure from Vancouver, cheapOair is nothing but scammer. I already sent an email to office of Honorable Greg McLean MP. And Mr. Joe CiCi MLA.

I have bought a ticket through cheapo air and I want to know how many baggage I can have. I cloud not find through the itinerary

I booked my flight for cheapoair but when I entered the reservation number on the airline's website it appeared that the flight was pending payment.

In rebooking, if new flight is cheaper than original flight + if penalty is $100 for cancellation, why are "post booking charges" over $200?

I accidently went to cheapoair.com and booked Ottawa to Vancouver return. Cost $3272 and was billed in US funds. I phoned to complain about this, and was told I should have booked .ca. They refused to reimburse the exchange. How do I go about settling this?

Answer:
These guys are a team of scammers. Even I am trying to get my refund. Try calling their headoffice in Ontario
