They told me is non refundable, I live in Calgary and cheapOair, booked me departure from Vancouver, cheapOair is nothing but scammer. I already sent an email to office of Honorable Greg McLean MP. And Mr. Joe CiCi MLA.

I accidently went to cheapoair.com and booked ottawa to vancouver return. cost $3272 and was billed in us funds. i phoned to complain about this, and was told i should have booked .ca. they refused to reimburse the exchange. how do i go about settling this? Answer:

These guys are a team of scammers. Even I am trying to get my refund. Try calling their headoffice in Ontario
