I accidently went to cheapoair.com and booked Ottawa to Vancouver return. Cost $3272 and was billed in US funds. I phoned to complain about this, and was told I should have booked .ca. They refused to reimburse the exchange. How do I go about settling this?

These guys are a team of scammers. Even I am trying to get my refund. Try calling their headoffice in Ontario
