My Complaint is for CheapOAir not revealing all the information when booking a ticket and as a overcharged customer his agent overcharged 900$ be careful when buy tickets cheapOair

My experience with CheapOair has been nothing short of disastrous, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in order to warn others. In all my years dealing with various companies, I can confidently say that CheapOair ranks as the worst I have ever encountered. The organization seems to operate without any ethical standards or principles, which is truly disheartening.

Throughout my interactions with them, I felt as though they were focused solely on finding ways to extract as much money as possible from their customers, often resorting to deceptive practices and misleading information. The lack of transparency in their dealings raises serious concerns about their integrity, leaving customers feeling exploited and frustrated.

The mentality of the staff and the overall company culture appear to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, which results in extremely poor service. I found myself not only disappointed by their actions but also incredulous at their apparent disregard for the customer experience.

Given my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering using CheapOair to think twice and seek out alternative options. This company is a prime example of a ripp-off operation that preys on unsuspecting customers, and I sincerely encourage you to stay away for your own peace of mind and financial well-being.

I was trying to talk to them if I can refund my flight because I can't go with it, they said it wasn't refundable and not able to help to change the date as well because it was international flight. Even if you missed the flight they won't even help you find another flight or even give you half the price you paid for. I am not going to book to this site ever again. This is just recent experience and I was speaking to East Indian customer assistance. They don't want to do the work to contact the airlines or connecting flights, they were just there to tell you you need to do it on your own. Seriously? 🙄

First time I booked with Cheap O my ticket never came through even after several phone calls so I had to book on another airline lastminute.
The second and last time was a nightmare from trying to check in with airlines to connecting flights.
Customer service took for ever to respond via live chat and all 3 interactions with them were completely useless.
Never again!
You don't save much and the stress and frustration is NOT worth it.

My flights were rescheduled twice. They were not willing to offer alternative flights when an airport transfer was added to my route (the airports are an hour apart and I am travelling with a toddler). I have checked with them several times in the last few months and offer a very flexible travelling date range to arrange other alternatives, but they promptly respond each time that there is no flights available. You will not receive full refund if you cancel the flights. I highly recommend that you book with the airlines directly.

Cheap o air is just here to rip you off they did me so dirty. I was on their app I have a profile set up and was booking a flight and it says in cad currency which is right when I looked at my bill they charged me in usd. I don't live in the states I set my profile up for a reason so that I can book flights easily they also said there's nothing they can do about then I called there toll free number and it's not free I got charged for calling them to fix this matter I will be deleting my app I will never bring using this company again it's fraud be safe guys!

I called them to change a miss spelling in my ticket, their rep ask me for 220 CAD to do that. When I refused he asked me for 190 and finally 50. Although I know that it is a free service but they insisted to charge me. Their rep was so bad as he kept me on an international call for almost one hour to do that and I got 30 CAD bill for that call.
I don't recommend this website. They are not professional at all.

I bought 2 tickets to the Philippines with insurance for over 4000$ they are not allowing me to cancel or get my money back SCAMMMM and the Customer service is very bad. I will never use this booking service again. And I recommend that you do not use cheapoair

Bad company with Cheap o air and the agents are very unprofessional and do not explain properly and will not let you make a transfer if you pay extra or issue you a refund on flights. Total waste of time and resources and they will exhaust you. Supervisor so unknowledgeable and will not sympathize the situation or make any changes. If it was with West Jet after making a purchase they can refund you after canceling within 24 hours. Total bull$#*! company cheap o air is all about. Do not shop for them?

Cheap-O-Air took my booking and MONEY for a bankrupt (lynx) airline and did not contact me or provide proof of cancellation so I can get my money back for a ticket that I can not use.

Or did they help me make new arrangements. Instead they are trying to wait a number of days so they are no liable for the transaction.

My suggestion is put your money and business elsewhere.

Refuse to give me reward points after purchasing 9000$ air fare and insurances. Never again!

Hi, just call me KC. Today is my flight and I am still in the airport. We came early to check in and the lady in the front desk in Canada jetlines said that the flight was 1040am instead of 130pm that cheapOair keeps on insisting. I called them and chatted with them. And still giving me the same flight information. They havent send me an email regarding the chnages in booking/flight. They are very slow in attending the issues. I already booked everything and I asked them to refund as this is their fault. Very poor customer service. Instead of having a good vacation, it ruined our holidays. This is very frustrating and stressful. I would rather pay a little more than experience this kind of stress.

They can't help any way they did not try to solve my problem they did not try to help me to do a price match for my booking
Financing option did not work after you made payment with the financing option with them and affirm it will not work they will not send you the booking number and you need to wait to tell them to send you the booking confirmation if you try to call CheapOair to know when you will receive it they do not anything and they cannot keep the price for you if the price change tell they made the booking number and to cancel the payment you need to affirm

Easy to book. Good price, excellent customer service. The time I need.
One thing they have to make it more helpful when someone did mistake spelling names, free of charge.
Please highlight what ever country need visa before we book our ticket not after.

My flight was cancelled. Now I need to find another ticket at a much higher price. I wanted to use my credit than waiting for the refund because I was informed that it will take 2 billing dates before it will be refunded to my account. They don't want me to do it by myself as they said it should be through an agent. We are actually looking at the same flight but their quote is almost 200 cad more expensive than what I have online. While I was trying to do this I had been transferred hundred times and put on hold forever. My first booking with you and definitely my last!

My mother just got double charged by CheapOAir (which she will not be purchasing from again if I have anything to do with it). I spent an hour on the phone with them to get it cleared up. They then tried to slap on a two hundred dollar fee to change the name on the ticket which was right the first time, and messed up the second time due to their buggy online interface. After arguing about this fee, their representative states that we won't be charged, but the fee is coming out of his salary. Businesses like these should be boycotted.

I have used the CheapOair web site on every occasion when do not know which airline flies to a destination and particularly when multiple city stops are required. I get the best fare available and choice of schedules all in one location.
