We have used CheapOair web site on numerous occasions to book our flights. The web site is user friendly and the prices are competitive if not lowest. We has never been a problem with these reservations. We will continue to use there services. K-M G Canada

I had made a booking error Re: flights for my spouse and myself. Your agent corrected this concern, accessed flights that would save us travel time, and our prices were very comparable with other companies online. The only concern we had was that my husband and myself were not seated together on most flights, therefore a little stress was added as we had to request new seating arrangements pre flight.

We booked our flights to the UK plus a car rental on line and found it so easy and straight forward. This was done within a few days of travel and it all went so well including reserving our seats at no cost. This was my first time using CheapOair but will not be the last.

I had traveled through cheap-o-air. I was really happy about attitude and dealing with customers. They do not mind even if you bother to ask some questions again and again at different time. This company gave me the seats as I desired and I did not feel any kind of trouble while going from Canada and back to Canada. I had also referred my couple of friends, who also gave me very positive comments about cheap-o-air. Best customer service is secret of success of this company. Few years back, I traveled through a travel company located at North Service Drive, Mississauga and their service made me mad and crazy. I personally recommend cheap-o-air to everyone and try it once. Thanks

Realizing that I made an error while making our reservations, I talked to customer service at Cheapoair and they worked hard to get my refund although it was a non-refundable ticket. I needed to make a name change on one of the tickets and they told me it may not work as I would have to cancel the original ticket and purchase a new one. They were in constant contact with the airline and just prior to our departure date they came through. Awesome work!

This was the first time we had booked with cheap o air. It was recommended by a friend.
The only problem... I had difficulty booking on line & when I called & talked to an agent the price kept going up. At the end I don't know if I got a deal or not.
That being said everything went smoothly & we didn't have any problems.
I was impressed that they followed up after we got home to see how our vacation was. That was a first!

This travel agency is filled with a bunch of people with indian accent and they provide really poor customer service. It could either be that the agents were not properly trained to do the job, even just the basics in how to speak nicely with their customer, some of them are sarcastic and you can tell from their tone of voice that they are unhappy with dealing with you. These guys sucked big time with regards to customer service.

This was my first experience with Cheapoair and I was totally satisfied! This service was referred to me by a friend who always uses their service since he revels a lot for both business and pleasure. Not only did I get a good rate, I got all the information I needed as well as fast booking. The customer service rep was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend "Cheapoair"!

Now I know where to go for all my trip arrangements.

I was booking a ticket with cheapoair co and when I confirmed my booking their web site says the price changed from 1300 to 1700 just in less than one minute! I called the customer service at first they said the flight зcancelled and then said the price changed! You can not trust this company

This was one of the easiest experiences that I have had in booking a trip. There were no surprises and the actual booking was as easy as 1, 2, 3! We were able to book flights, parking, a hotel, and rental car all from this one site. I would absolutely use this site again for any travelling that we will do. The best part was that there were no negative surprises and everything was as we expected it to be, truly a great experience.
