Just to mention that I really enjoyed booking ticket with your agency. However, experience with AIR CHINA was not great as they lost by baggage and nothing has bee done so far to trace it.
Being a foreigner in Canada that hadn't been home in 6 years and It was my first time booking with Cheapoair for a long flight (from Canada to Asia) and everything was handled perfectly from the booking procedure, billing and customer support service. Nevertheless, Cheapoair made my dream come true.
The only downside was the delay of my Westjet flight from Vancouver to Calgary (which took almost 5 hours), but i understand that it was the airline's fault and not the booking agency.

Cheap-o-air was great throughout my travel plans - as far as even helping adjust my itinerary to reduce our layover time would use their service again.
Anytime I have used cheapoair I have had nothing but get service! If I did a typo or issue they always have helped.
Great customer service throughout the booking process. Very prompt with excellent notification from CheapOair staff before your flights. Cannot go wrong in dealing with them again and again!

Tried Expedia, but eventually was led to CheopOair. Liked the price, booked it, received email and ticket. That easy.
Got probably the lowest price available from Edmonton to Vancouver return. Was pleased. Was easy to book. Will use this service again.
I have used Cheapoair to book 6 flights to date and every time I save money, have no difficulty booking, and have yet to encounter a problem. Why not give Cheapoair a try.

This website is not the one you should ever be visiting. You can see many reviews here itself. They sell you tickets and don't even mention if tickets are refundable/changeable. Not just that they book your tickets through places where you need visa and they don't inform you.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You might end up paying much more as I did.
I recently booked a one-way tx on CheapOair for the 9th of December. When I arrived at the Yuma Airport I was told that my flight was booked for the 16th. I thought there is no way I booked the wrong date? To change my flight it was going to be $450.00. The Lady at the counter then explained to me that I was the 4th person for that flight that this had happened to that day. I talked to one of the other passengers trying to figure out another flight and he was trying to call CheapOair to explain and they were less then helpful. So I found a flight out of Phoenix for $158.00 which was 3 hours away. A rental car 38.00. A hotel for $214.00. Not to mention the original tx for $204.60. When my husband called that day they said that there was nothing they could do. He asked to talk to a Supervisor and he was told She would be calling back. Never called back. I called today and after almost an hour with most of that on hold time I was told that they would be crediting my account for $24.00 in 7-14 business days. I told him the expense it cost me and he then offered me another $26.00. "The best he could do". $50.00 for almost $500.00 in expenses and headache! I would have been happy if they would have offered a refund on my second flight out but they wouldln't even do that. I fly alot and have never encountered such a horrible experience. I will not be using this site again. Be Careful...
I had been using cheapOair to purchase a travel ticket 4x in last 2 years and I didn't experienced any trouble at all. My friend wanted to travel in the Philippines and I did recommend cheapoair to purchase her ticket.

I always use Cheapo air when searching for flights. They have the best rates and always have discounts/promos which helps to further reduce cost. The system is easy to use and customer service is always excellent in addressing any concerns.

Our website does advise in our terms and conditions that tickets are non refundable, and at times may not be changed. It was also displayed on the customer's confirmation page highlighted that your ticket is non refundable, and also displayed were 3 links to check for visa/passport requirements, which the customer over looked. For it takes you directly to a website that you input your citizenship, and type of passport your are holding and will advise what is needed for travel. Our apologies for the inconvenience he experienced, but we do provide all of the information he needed.
