The price is pretty good and affordable, but we had a flight with a very short layover which was like less than one hour and also because Air Canada is almost always late, we had to run through all the airport from one terminal to another and only with God's help we could catch the other connection. I was surprised to receive Cheapoair follow-up (which means they care for their customers) and I really hope Cheapoair will redress this situation, especially for families with kids, of course a short layover is good, but not too short, cause the chances to lose the connection are pretty high.
CheapOair was great to deal with they delivered the best prices and I had no issues with my tickets or flights.

I am 70 years of age and had to make a quick trip we had a 3 hour delay and the staff were awesome they made sure everyone knew what was happening and booked all of us on other flights. Very pleasant. I would definitely fly with them again.

I'm 68 and fly at least once a year, either overseas to see my older daughter and family or to the USA to visit my youngest and her family. I usually book through another travel firm but when I proceeded to make arrangements for this last trip I noticed that I could stopover in Iceland, there and back instead of a European airport. Iceland was on my bucket list and the price was right! On the way back I was also able to arrange a 12 hour stopover. It was at night but at this time of year it is the land of the midnight sun. What a fun adventure.

It was amazing that through cheapoair I could see best offers of different flights together. The whole process is very convenient to buy your flight and you can easily compare the offers of various companies. Also they are in touch with you till your flight and very responsive. The prices were the cheapest as compared to different agencies.
Service overall is good. You can get much faster/better service by calling them right away. Their website can be a bit messy in some cases
