He's the worst ticket seller. I recently purchased a ticket for June 27,2022, they put my ticket status as 'on hold', I'm trying to sort it out, but they don't answer calls, you wait in line and it ends up hang up on their own before they can talk to someone.
After providing emails detailing refund, refund not made. Covid 19is not an excuse to keep my money.

My flight was cancelled. Now I need to find another ticket at a much higher price. I wanted to use my credit than waiting for the refund because I was informed that it will take 2 billing dates before it will be refunded to my account. They don't want me to do it by myself as they said it should be through an agent. We are actually looking at the same flight but their quote is almost 200 cad more expensive than what I have online. While I was trying to do this I had been transferred hundred times and put on hold forever. My first booking with you and definitely my last!
The worst service I have ever received anywhere. They insist that they cant give refund and that I need to contact airline. When I do contact airline they re-direct me back to cheapoair Canada. Each time I call I have to validate and then get transferred to 6 different department only to be told I need to contact the airline again. JUST GIOVE ME MY MONEY YOUTHIEVING WANKERS! I am currently on the phone with them and have been for the past hour. I am going to keep posting this on as many sites as i can find till I get a resolution
My flight was cancelled by Westjet Jan 06 2021 which I booked through Cheapoair.
I was told in October 2021 that I had 2 years to claim my credit but was not told that I had to book by Dec. 31st 2021. I tried to book today, in February 2022, and was advised that my credit was no longer valid. All this money was lost because of very poor communication!
I bought airline ticket throught them on oct. 22/2021. Yyz-Mia-Lim-Mvd starting on jan 20/2022. Money was deduct from credit card immediately; seems everything was fine. On dec I started to received notification about flight cancellation. I try several times to contact them by email or phone. Always same answer: "we are working with the airlines"; today jan 21/2022 still waiting an answer from them. I loose my money, and dont know what to do. Tell me please. Thanks. Really bad service and no customer service at all.
I bought 4 tickets for almost $ 4000 a week ago, my flight is schedule in the nexts 3 days and the reservation is not confirmed no issued tickets nothing…. I call air transat to verify and I was tell that there is something wrong whit my booking ( that a cheapoair agent didn't do a correct bookimg)and We are-not ready to flight, this issss so frustrating I have everything readyyyy resevations hotel car rentalssss and the flight is not done? I was spending hours on the line nobody give me an answer. I explained to cheapoair what air transat told me buttt keep telling to call back …or wait. So frustrating that they can not fix this. I been calling for 4 days and noooo solutionnn. What I'm supposed to do lose my money? My flight is in 3 days and nothingg yet, so I'm going to fly or not? This agency are scams. I bought Air Canada ticket in November 2021 on their site than for some reason I cancelled it then i rebought it on Dec 01,
2021 and today is Dec 03 and i suppose to fly tomorrow on Dec 04 at 6:30pm. Cheapoair didn't send me yet any ticket # yet

Please do not buy tickets through this page, they are not responsible for changes due to Covid. We bought some tickets going and back for our vacations from Canada to Italy; before traveling we called to confirm the requirements and they told us that there was no problem, however, when we returned they did not let us take the flight because we had transit in the US and they did not allow entry of people who came from Europe, so we had to buy other super expensive tickets for an airline that traveled directly to Canada. After two months of complaints, Cheapoair's response is that they are responsible to us for these changes.
Had flights cancelled due to Covid, where I was declined a refund and eventually offered a credit. It took 17 months for this to come through, after being told I would receive a refund initially by them. Went to rebook flights which were showing on their website as approximately $200 less than the credit I finally got, then got told it would cost me extra and after me questioning the price they kept lowering it, eventually leaving me to pay $160 on top of my credit for some reason (Not sure why it's 360 more), and they promised seats at the front of the plane which got assigned at the time of booking. Checked my flights today and the seats are unassigned all together.
Be very very cautious using this company, they are scam artists and are out to charge you for anything and everything they can. Customer service is horrible at best and you're better off booking with the Airline directly so you won't runaround.
What a horrible experience, they booked me on two flights two different airlines, same day to same destination, guess what happened when I tried to go home? Almost 500 to get home because there was no return flight like there email said... on different airline, don't waste your time with this booking agency, it will cost u more then dealing with airline directly, no help when things go wrong...
I've been trying to get Cheapoair to file a refund with the airline for a flight that got cancelled due to COVID. Every agent has told me it can't be done, even though the airline is literally issuing refunds. The airline agents told me Cheapoair has to file it for me since I booked with them, yet every Cheapoair agent seems to not know how to do this or just doesn't want to. They are literally just trying to scam their customers out of hundreds of dollars. DISGUSTING!
Please don't buy a flight ticket from this company: I saw a $500 ticket after I put my credit card they charged me $789. This is a Fraud

I bought a flight ticket on CheapOair side.
According to the new COVID restrictions, I have to cancel it 10 days before the flight.
I contacted Baltic Air, they were agreed to provide a refund, but I have to it through CheapOair, because I got the ticket there. ChreapOair representative said, that no refund for the booking. I never will use this site in the future and let know about all my friends.
Its about time for the Canadian Mounties to investigate the business of these suspicious companies In Canada. They are thieves and twist people's words and situation to take money un lawfully from Canadian consumers. I am not able to get a refund for a ticket I paid even I paid insurance for the ticket in case of cancellation.
Royal Canadian police, Canadian consumers are hurting and there is no way to fight these thieves. These companies is another scam that Canadians face every day.

This travel agency is filled with a bunch of people with indian accent and they provide really poor customer service. It could either be that the agents were not properly trained to do the job, even just the basics in how to speak nicely with their customer, some of them are sarcastic and you can tell from their tone of voice that they are unhappy with dealing with you. These guys sucked big time with regards to customer service.
The experience i had with this agency was horrible. I made a booking from Vancouver to seattle to NBO and after paying i got a different itinerary from seatle to Vancouver. Their customer service is horrible and i evne stayed a wake a whole night to keep holmd on them. They won't even change for me with out paying double the amount. I even agreed to pay up to $300 but they keep on sending me to Air Canada and Air Canada refused to help because i haven't made the booking with them. I wouldn't recomment anyone yo book with them.
3-7 business day for refund approval and 60 days for refund process. They kept me on loop until the 60th day to tell me that the airline is not refunding but rather, giving credit back. Which was the best news in 2 months. When I try to book they turn around to tell me I'm only able to book with the same airline but they don't fly until next summer. Ru kidding me. Worst company to travel with don't ever buy travell anything from these guys bcz it just goes to there back pockets. Literally robbed me and do to there Supreme protection they need a hard line and a great excuse to be bailed out bcz your not doing it with my money. Worst travel agency and they keep treating airlines as their 3rd hole by blaming them for everything. BTW it takes 10 min for airlines to process refund once a flight been canceled. From working at the airport I would know. LOOSERS!
Refunds are not an automatic refund like a store purchase. Every ticket is accounted for and goes through an airline audit, therefore a refund get's requested, sent to the accounting firm, who then forwards to the airline to process the refund. It depends on the work load of each of the entities and that is why it can take upto 60 days. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Don't waste your time in booking with these people deal directly with airlines. After waiting 60 days for my refund I still had to deal with the carrier to get my money back. Horrible service. They wasted over 2 months of my time for nothing.

The airlines determines wether or not they would refund, those are airline rules and not Cheapoair. You can check back with the agency to see if the airline has changed their policy since the cancellation of 2 years ago.
