Ive made several puchases in the past and find great products at great prices. All of my transactions with Cellular Outfitters have been flawless. Recently I ordered the wrong item and contacted them thru facebook and was immediately taken care of. Great company to do business with.
I have had two orders. The product came as described and in a timely manner. No problem there.
However, I have a question about the two products. I have tried for several days to contact them and have gotten no response. I have tried e-mail and several calls over the several days. I called customer support as well as sales. I always get a recorded message urging me to stay on the line or hit 2 for a call back. I am not certain that a call would ever call. At almost 16 minutes of wait, each time, I get a message that they cannot take the call and to call back during regular business hours. I have tried several times of day and no different results. I do not know how anyone could possibly return a defective product if they are unreachable.
I waited three weeks for a cell phone case. I contacted Cellular about the missing product a couple of times via email. They were having a problem with a supplier and offered to send me an alternative case of equal value. I am thoroughly pleased that the problem was handled promptly and I was given the opportunity to select another case of my choice. Never had a problem before and I am thrilled that my problem was given appropriate attention. Thanks Support Team!

I call my bank to get my money back. They are working on. We need to find way to get this company off online business. They are ripping people. And getting away with it. If there any suggestions. Let all know. And we can stop this together

Added a couple items to my cart. Selecting a shipping method was not as easy. There was a price only on the most expensive option. So I thought hey, 2nd day must be free too!
Was wrong. Trying to find out the price of that option, I hit submit order. Shipping price turned out be a little more than half the total of the items I was buying.
Within minutes, I emailed customer service to cancel, but did not receive a response until AFTER the items were set to ship.
I received a partial refund of the shipping price, but it was a small amount.
Not happy with the transaction overall.
Will I buy from Cellular Outfitters again? I don't know.
I placed a order on 9/26/17 and as of today 10/16/17 the order status just says "Transmitted". I have tried all forms of contact (online chat, online customer service and a call to the 800 number which nobody answered. Online chat told me 1-3 business days for processing but when I said it had already been 9 business days I was told not to worry I would get the order. They had no problem charging my account and I receive discount ads everyday. I left a message and told them to cancel my order. I am just hoping I get my money back.

The original case I bought was defective, and Richard did everything right to make me Happy.
Richard told me they were upgrading their system, and I noticed item numbers changed, so hopefully they got all the bugs worked out, and the other agents who were "unable" to help me, will improve with the program.

My order had gotten lost in transit at the shipping stage. One quick reply was all it took for my order to be reshipped at a quicker pace for no price. I had items coming from different locations but received everything in one package within the week. The team was very responsive and quick to fix my problem. Low effort, great prices, will surely be a customer again.
The items I ordered said on the page where you add to your cart *Item in Stock *Will leave our warehouse today. I expected to receive shipping confirmation by the end of the day. Next day sent a message asking why I haven't received a tracking number. The reply was a link to a shipping policy BS! When I clicked add to cart I was lead to believe it would ship that day. They've lost a customer!
I ordered products totaling $7.88. After (and not before) clicking to complete the order a shipping charge of $13.97 appeared! I attempted to cancel the order but was told it was too late, and that I could arrange a return. When I called to do that (waiting more than 30 minutes for a phone pick-up), I was offered a $5.99 refund on shipping top my PayPal account, which I accepted. The refund has not happened despite numerous attempts to contact customer service.
Update 3/22/16 - I was contacted with an apology and given a full refund of the shipping charge. Had they followed thorough with the promised $5.99 refund in a timely manner, I never would have written this review. The refund does not make up for the aggravation. I will still avoid them in the future.
I'm satisfied with the product and the prompt service, but I can't get off their e-mail list for promos! The unsubscribe feature doesn't work, so I e-mailed the company. I received a speedy response to an earlier e-mail about my order, but I've had no response to my request to be removed from the promo list.
I needed a particular case/cover for my phone, and they had exactly that. Sometimes the design you get of the same model phone will still vary between phone companies. This was one of those times, and no one else had what I needed.
The case I got was great quality, very low/reasonably priced, and shipped quickly.
Loved the "real glass" screen protector and the shipping was excellent. I bought another one for my wife but the protector had a scratch on it and they sent out a free replacement one immediately! Great customer service!
Received an item w/broken strap, contacted customer service on-line and they sent out a new cover and strap the very next day - no charge of course! Ordered a few items for me and my co-workers, noticed after check out that the promotional discount wasn't applied. E-mailed customer service and they handled rapidly the same day. They also keep you updated with current status e-mails. Great customer service, products, and the best prices!
Cellular Outfitter is an exceptional company to purchase items from. I selected the wrong phone size for the wallet I ordered and they responded to my email within 24 hours. They offered for me to keep the current case and they will mail me a new one no charge!
Purchased a phone case and I love the case, but the magnet that keeps the case closed is not strong enough when you have things in the "wallet" part... may need to be redesigned with a snap instead of a magnet. This is my second case with this company (new phone), been very happy with my purchases, other then my suggestion above.

I ordered a case for my LG G6 for $6.99 + shipping. It arrived within 10 days as promised, and fit perfectly on my phone. As I accidentally ordered a wrong color (white, instead of clear), I contacted customer support and they've responded promptly (on a Saturday!) and demonstrated highest level of customer support! Love my new case! A+ seller! Highly recommend!

It's a great store if you have a newer phone because then its very easy to find specific products for it, but you're out of luck if you haven't updated and have an older phone. Still, there is a lot to choose from and the quality is pretty good.
I was unable to find my invoice on line but the team at out outfitter gave me my invoice number and when my shipment would arrive. They even gave me a partial credit for the shipping since the items shipped later than I expected. It was a great experience.

Ordering for Cellular Outfitter turned out to be very disappointing. I went on line and said my order was complete, when actually they did not have the three phone cases I ordered. I had to call them, only to find out the product was not in stock. Cellular Outfitter said my products would come straight from the manufacturer, they could give me approximate time frame for the delivery of the products I ordered. Cellular Outfitters blamed the holidays. What a joke? The blame should be on Cellular Outfitter for not being in stock on a advertise product.
