I bought XIAOMI MI Bluetooth Single Ear Piece with Music Support, from cellular out fitter. The Bluetooth piece had soft ear buds that comfortably fits into your ears without causing any interruptions. The Bluetooth connectivity is very appropriate and can easily able to handle the device in travelling also. Bought this for good price.

I have used Cellular Outfitters for years but not after I receive this last order. Their service has gone very downhill. Selection of items is also much more limited.

I only ordered from CellularOutfitter because they advertise "90 Day Returns". It's an icon next to: "Fast Fulfillment" and "Secure Checkout" icons. Now that I want to return an item, their "policy" found on the website is that they "do not accept returns or exchanges". They say if you have a problem contact *******@cellularoutfitter.com- well guess what, emails come back "undeliverable" "mailbox full". Also, they show an icon for paying with PayPal! But when you check out, it's credit card, ShopPay or Gpay only and the "more" ways to pay does not indicate PayPal.

Tip for consumers:
Just realize that they are lying about various services they advertise.

I was offered another product but it wasn't suitable for what I needed. Cellular Outfitters chose to ignore me and when I threatened BBB, they responded with a generic email. All I want is my money back. Over 5 months later and nothing! $50 down the drain. I will NEVER order from here again and I spent a good amount of money on this site

In April, PRIOR TO Mother's day, I ordered a phone cover for a Mother's Day present. I was notified a week later it was out of stock and I was given another choice. Another week goes by and another notification of out of stock. I was given a third choice I DID NOT WANT NOR ASK FOR. As of 4:51 pm 24 Jun 20 I have not received ANY product from the post office, ups or cellular outfitters. Even tried to call the company *******387 four times and was hung up on by a machine. Help!

Terrible products! Protective phone cover for $20 fell off whenever I dropped my phone. "Free" w purchase recharger was crap and didn't even plug into my IPhone 11. Phone case was bulky and ugly—returned for refund May 16, sent 2 emails along w photos of shipping labels and heard no reply. After 3rd email Demanding refund got notice of refund October 14,5 months later! Minus shipping and restocking fees. Would NEVER recommend this company!

I'm satisfied with the product and the prompt service, but I can't get off their e-mail list for promos! The unsubscribe feature doesn't work, so I e-mailed the company. I received a speedy response to an earlier e-mail about my order, but I've had no response to my request to be removed from the promo list.

I purchased a case for my phone. It did not fit correctly.
I contacted them by email. It took two days for them to respond. Now they say if i pay for shipping they will send another item. All these products are from China! I will never do business with this company again.
Making me pay for shipping again will not work for me. No live agents!
The shipping cost more than the product!

You get what you pay for. This company states the retail price and then shows a huge discount. The discount price is actually what the product is worth!

The product was deformed. I did not use it!
Then the company said I had to pay for shipping, again! Their products look ok on their website but the quality is poor. The fact that you cannot speak with an agent is a big turn off! Even their text with an agent does not work. They are never there to engage. Strictly by email. How could a company this big not be willing to pay for shipping when their product is faulty!

Do NOT buy their supposed "tempered glass" screen protectors. They are a flimsy piece of cheap plastic. Their customer service told me i didn't know what tempered glass is and clearly I've never dealt with it before. That is the most condescending comment I've received from a customer service desk. It's been about two weeks and I am still in shock over their response. With that being said, good prices and good basic protectors. Didn't get the level of protection that website showed but basically satisfied.

This company should refund all customers. They take your money and never ship out the product. No one answers emails or phone calls after trying. Don't do business with them. Avoid this website. They should be investigate for fraud. I ordered a phone case and never received it and it has been close to two months.

I had previously put in a complaint in because i was not being given info about delivery when i was told i would receive it. The tracking on the last package was ok except one thing. My order had to be sent out in 2 separate shipments and i got messages they were delivered. I only received one package and i dont know how to even try to track the other. As far as ive been told theres only one order number that was given to me. Now im going to possibly waste some time to be home for a package that may or may not come today. I wish they were a little more clear about delivery dates and times. Otherwise everything else has been OK.

When placing my order they added an item to my shopping cart I did not want. They don't tell you shipping cost until after you provide your credit card information. I received my order 1 month after placing it, in spite of two contacts to them to enquire about its status and one to the credit card company I used to pay for the order. I receive daily e-mails of "deals". The received item was as advertised.

Tip for consumers:
Be very patient and ignore volume of wrong emails you will receive during fulfillment and shipping. I suspect the company changed hands since I last used them and the new owners are mucking it up.

I am totally disappointed in Cellular Outfitters. What has happened to this company? In the past, I have ordered 3 other phone cases from this company and never had a problem with returning or receiving wonderful customer service. I ordered my 4th phone case about 10 days ago and I am totally dissatisfied with service and the "no return" policy. The phone case I ordered does not have the hole cut out where the phone camera lens is located. It is totally useless. I went online to see what I could do to rectify this problem, and I was directed some place where I was going to be charged $5.00 to ask a question. This is bizarre. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I certainly will tell my friends to avoid this company. This company's policy is totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned.

Go to Amazon and order a case from them!

I put in an order on September 4,2017. I received my order 9/11/17 with one item missing. I emailed customer service 3 times about the missing item. I was told each time that they had looked into it and the item would be sent out shortly. Finally, after not receiving the item I put in a request to refund my money. After 2 requests I received my refund. If the item was no longer available, since it was a limited edition, why wasn't I told from the beginning, that the item was no longer available and a refund immediately made to my account?

If item is not in stock it should tell customer limited stock is the same I have ordered 3 different cases and have never even been notified that it hasn't been shipped

I ordered a Samsung Note 10 phone case from their website which displayed $3.99 and offered free shipping, just for me to put my card details and pay I was charged $9.59 in total close to $6 of shipment.
I ordered February 27th 2022, and up till now March 12th, 2022, my order has not been delivered no update on when it would be delivered, no contact phone number just contact email of one "Anette" who responded to my mail that she would get back in 48hours maximum on my order. It is more than 1 week after the timeframe she proposed and there has been no update. It is 0 stars for me. These people ''cellularoutfitter.com'' are crooks never do business with them!

I am not thrilled with your deceiving shipping charge, you showed the cost of PRIORITY@ $9.99 but a "-" for standard, so it appeared to be "free shipping", then when the order was complete, you tell me it will be $4.99 for shipping, Very Deceptive.

I ordered the screen cover and rose gold case for the Iphone 6s. Overall everything was great with the ordering process, shipping, etc. The cell phone case is great - pretty standard but achieves its purpose! However, I did have a problem with the quality of the screen cover. I contacted the customer service team on Monday and have not heard back at all.

I ordered a simple cellphone case that supposedly cost $6. It said free shipping and then all of a sudden my total was $15. How the hell did it go from free shipping to a shipping cost that cost more than the damn product?! Its been over a week and still havent got my case. I emailed them and got nothing back. Never again. I reported you guys to the better business Bureau just so you know.

I'm eating a 3 just for the customer service. There was a glitch somewhere when I ordered so my shipping charges didn't show up until after I ordered and it almost doubled what I thought I was paying. Jonalen answered my email within a day and worked diligently to explain and rectify the situation. This is the best online customer service I've ever experienced and I shop online a lot!

A bit disappointed in quality. Phone magnet is not strong and phone doesn't feel secure. All my previous orders were fine but I did not get lucky this time.

I will never buy from this company.If I could give negative stars I would. Items ordered December 9 allegedly ship in 1 or 2 days but did not get items for Xmas so I had to return some items. Long story short, sent items back they arrived Jan 9 at the company as of January 29 just got notice I will get a refund but they are keeping 25% of my money. If I had agreed on store credit I could have 100% of my money back. I have sent numerous emails and replies take average of 5 days.

I ordered two Samsung tempered glass covers, it mentioned free shipping. Just before I checked out it didn't tell me it added $11.00 and change to my $5.88 product. Long story short. I emailed them, Cellular Out Fitters and they deducted the shipping cost. They explained what should of happen but that they would remove the shipping cost and thanked me for being a good customer. I'm very pleased with there fast reply and resolved my issues. Thank you CellularOutfitters.
