This company has absolutely no customer service and shady ordering. The total of your order is not disclosed until it's too late. How an $8 item ends up costing $23 after shipping and handling is beyond me. Then forget trying to cancel because contacting anyone is like pulling teeth. I'm pretty sure that the 5 star reviews are people who work for the company. This company is a joke.

Order review does not show shipping charges until after ordering. No phone number to call and cancel easily and email is the only communication. Was told some credit would be given but suddenly all communication was stopped. Not buying from these guys again.

A bit disappointed in quality. Phone magnet is not strong and phone doesn't feel secure. All my previous orders were fine but I did not get lucky this time.

I recently placed an order and when I found out the item was no longer available, CellularOutfitter made good on their promise for a replacement of my choice similar in value. Great, prompt customer service!

Ordered cell phone/credit card holder ($49.95 value - got it for $14.99) - all leather - very nice, was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the craftsmanship was! Order came yesterday right on time - will definitely do business again with CellularOutfitter!

We order all of our cell accessories from Cellular Outfitters. They have a huge selection and the products are quality and don't stop working and falling apart like other places we've used. They deliver within 7 to 10 days where other places can take 4-6 weeks. Lastly, you can't beat the cost, not even at Walmart on their sale items!

I ordered, among other things, a glass screen protector for my cell phone. Unfortunately, it was cracked when it arrived in the mail.

However, after simply emailing CellularOutfitter to let them know this, they are sending me a replacement - no questions asked!

I accidentally had a typo in my email address, so when I contacted customer service about not getting any confirmation emails, they found the mistake and fixed it. I would recommend using this website.

First let me start by saying, I love the product. What has turned mr off is the constant flow of emails. Even after I adjusted my settings.
I felt harassed, therefore will not be doing anymore business with them.

Heavy duty cables ordered but not worth the time to return. All have short in cord where they hook up to phone, Also receive discounts that I could not use on web site. Continue to get many of unwanted email.

A friend told me about this website and said prices are great, along with selection. It was hard to chose so I decided by getting 2 wallet iphone cases. Extra cables as well.

It was quick shipping and quality product

All products came on time and as expected. Just my phone protector, you can still see the glue residue left from the sticker that was there. Have to find something that will take it off without damaging the product. The other thing is, I now get way to many emails from them which is a bit irritating.

First time buying from this company and I was thrilled with all aspects of my experience, including the great prices, user-friendly website, product delivered on time and exactly what I ordered. No hidden anything, just good stuff.

I really like the fact that you offer quality leather holders, instead of plastic. My case is sleek, and I dont have to carry a big wallet with the sleeves in it for my basic cards!
May need to buy another color!
