I have ordered a couple times from Cellular Outfitter and have had great experiences. They live up to product quality and delivery is fast. I'm always surprised when the package arrives because it is so quick.

Excellent customer service
September 18, 2017

I contacted customer service by e-mail regarding my order. I had received everything except one item. I received an answer within 2 days and the issue has been resolved. Special thanks to Tony, he handled things in a speedy and professional manner.

As I have learned, as have apparently hundreds, if not thousands of others, the excessive hidden shipping charge is poor business practice. I will withhold final judgment until package arrives with product, but do not see a second purchase from this company.

Where's my case?

Bought a case and screen protector. Got an email saying that they will ship separately. Only received the screen protector. They don't tell you how much shipping is going to be. This is the first time, I've had an experience with them where they did not send my item. No response back from customer service

This company rates up there with my experiences with Amazon (which I love) Even though I had made an error on an order, they responded and took care of the issue immediately. Not only that, they went above and beyond what was required. I would definitely recommend doing business with them and I know I will in the future. Thank you Cellular Outfitters for a job well done!

I have purchased a few things from Cellular Outfitters and am pleased with their prices, quality and shipping. Recently one of my orders was supposed to have a coupon code automatically applied but it didn't work. When I called their customer service dept, Carlo straightened it all out and refunded the difference. I'd recommend Cellular Outfitters to anyone looking for reasonably priced cell phone accessories.

Simply, these people apply additional products at checkout and it's done in a way that they know they are doing it without you having any control, then try to call them, if you have a half day to screw around. Just Stay away... it's good advice.

My order placed 12/2/2016 not only has not arrived but today 12/13/2016 my package was given over to the post office to deliver from ups' it took 4 days to gat ANY response from Cellular Outfitters. I was promised 40 percent off and with 3 phone cases and screen shields that would have mattered to me on my income. So if possible I would give them a 0

I order two glass-screen covers, Samsung s7, they were not wide enough by far.
The Samsung S7 tough cases appear to be the next best thing to an Otter Case! Nope, tough getting on and the other part with a belt clip, once you put it on the front, you have to work hard to get it off.
We haven't tried the iPhone s6 yet.
And customers should be warned, they charge shipping for each item. They send it altogether in a packing envelope.
And that free Touch Screen ballpoint pen, never got it!

Big Ripoff!

Stay away... you can do much better at other similar sites. This company is very disingenuous in that the shipping cost is not shown until after your credit card is accepted... by then it is too late as they do not allow your order to be cancelled once it's submitted.

Pay Now and Wait For Ever
December 15, 2017

Placed an order approximately 1 month ago and still waiting for shipping. They said it will arrive in 4 to 10 business days! Not true. This has become my daily chore to follow-up with them. Asked them to refund my money and don't want the order anymore. Gave me promises for fast delivery and then radio silence. Will never deal with these guys again even if they offer goods for free. Why? Because you never get the goods anyways.

Buyer beware!
December 5, 2020

First order my case on 11/18. They never mailed it out until I emailed them on the 25th! Then they said it delivered and it wasn't! I'm still waiting for a replacement today. As I texted them for a refund! Ridiculous also they advertise free shipping and then charge you! DONT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! They love to flood your email with discounts too I unsubscribed finally. Why would i buy from you again?!

Got my order wrong and had 1 broken item so I sent those things back. Then weeks go by before I hear anything and when the package arrived, I only had 1 item instead of 2 and it was still wrong. You can't call them, they have a recording that says they are changing the phone system but that has been on there for weeks too. All in all, bad experience and I just hope to get my money back from these jerks and be done with it.

Order a screen protector for my wife's Samsung phone. In order to meet their minimum order requirements, ordered two of them plus a car charger. The order didn't display shipping cost until after I placed the order. OK, I was still fine with that. However, they sent the wrong screen protectors, and they do not fit. I completed their return form 2 days ago, no response. I've tried to find a phone number, everything I click on takes you back to the same form. This is a crap company, I will never purchase from them again, and I recommend that you stay away from them as well.

I ordered two items, a moto case and screen shield. Included "free" pen. Order received with screen shield and free pen. No moto case. 2 no response emails sent to CS nothing back from CO. Did chat, they admitted they see the error and would put a new one in the mail and send me an email with update status. So that was 2 weeks ago, still nothing. For sure, I will never order anything from them again. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

My first order with CellularOutfitter had a bit if a hiccup but their customer service department is top notch in taking care of their customers to make sure satisfaction is guaranteed. I love my phone cases and most definitely will purchase many more times from this company. Everyone should give this company their business. Very Satisfied Customer.

Waiting on a reply about returning 2 cases, got no reply when ordering so didn't know if the order went thru. They are still in the original packaging, haven, t been opened. Can I just put "Return to Sender" on the packages to return them?

I ordered something and now I'm trying to find out where it's at. I did not write down the order number and like chat won't talk to me in the phone number doesn't work. I paid for through pay pal so was just contact them I guess and tell him I want my money back. This is sorry customer service
