Wrote about horrible customer service, delivery and communication. Communicated to them several times to cancel it after 1-2 delivery was not going to happen. Had the bank back out the charge. Now getting harassing emails offering to discount the shipping due to their lateness. All they want is access to my credit card and that ain't about to happen. Tried to respond to emails and "Mail delivery error" every time. Sounds a lot like "Customer service is unable to receive incoming calls at this time."
Just filed a complaint with the California Attorney General to stop harassing me and send me a prepaid shipping label and they can have their stuff back. Tried to file a complaint with the California BBB and they are a bigger joke than this CellarDwellerOutfitters.com.

The 90day return is only good if you get a send back number and they make it impossible to get a shipping return number because they have no phone contact, nor do the idiots on their customer service chat heads answer any questions.
It was December when I ordered products, I thought were cheap, was willing to try for the cost and when the order was processed, after the order was placed I found the shipping was more costly than the products. At that point I tried to cancel this order. I could not cancel order, I tried to call customer service, I should have cancelled order at that time but was impossible to speak with anyone., after two weeks of misplaced shipping and finally a conversation on the number they said was customer service I got the order I had placed in the mail. It was all crap, none of it worked, I went online and got a RMA and sent all but two of the items back. Of course got the refund for only what I bought, but as I said, paid more for shipping the crap, than it was worth.
I kept one of the battery charges, which broke after a another week of use and then tried to send it back. I tried for two weeks to get the RMA number and the online site kept giving an error message. Then tried to call the customer service phone number, all this is well within the 90day refund time. I was booted out of the RMA system saying I could not get a return RMA number error for at least two weeks. I then sent the product back with all the info, copies of my letters above and copies of the RMA error info, as well as a demand for refund for this product. I have not heard anythingcost more for shipping, no customer service, idiots online the digital customer service could care less if you ever buy from them again. NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH. I am now going to send this letter and a hard copy to the only address in Riverside. I dont expect to hear from them. I would have done better to pay more at FRYs or BEST BUY.
I ordered 2 cases and some screen protectoers. About a week later i got an email stating that they didn't have one of my cases in stock, however i was able to double to price of the case and replace it with something(s) else of my choice. COOL! So i picked out 2 more cases and another pk of protectors. About a week and a half l fired off an email to see the status of my order. They then told me the OTHER case in the original order wasn't available either (meaning they had NOTHING outside of the screen protectors for the original order...)
Sooooo i figured i was then able to do the same as the first case (double up the price, and replace with whatever item i choose) wellllll... NO! They wanted to argue back and forth about a refund and the credit (i never ASKED for a refund, just the store credit to replace my original order) they then sent out the entire second order (the replacements for the FIRST case they didn't have) and now they keep sending the same email saying someone will call within 24 to 48 hours and REFUSE to call me to hash out the details. Hell id settle for an email that hashed it all out. But i cant get that. I placed my order on October 30th and didn't receive it until nov. 17th and paid for 2-3 day shipping... BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENDURED IN MY LIFE! I WOULDN'T TELL ME WORST ENEMY TO SHOP HERE!

I think it is a fraudulent business practices and the website is designed
In such way that it is intentionally hiding/not disclose the shipping
Charges to customer before checkout.
Even the receipt generated by paypal shows that shipping is TRUE without
Any actual amount attached to it.
