I ordered my phone case with this company. High shipping but that's not what prompted me to write this review. I got the wrong phone case. I have written their customer support 4 times. They state they will get back to you the next day. They completely ignored me. I was hoping for an exchange. I am stuck with a phone case I can't use & basically threw my money away on this company. I am not happy.
Ordered a battery and a charger. Paid over $30 for 2-3 day "priority shipping" only to find out later that THEY paid about $2.82 to ship "letter" resulting in the package taking 19 days to get here! This is why they have a return policy that gives you your money back minus shipping... It's where they obviously make their money.
In addition to this, I called them twice and left three emails looking for some kind of customer service (which is non existent) because for the first week the tracking number they gave me would not work. To this date they still haven't responded at all.
Finally... The package gets here and everything was just thrown into a brown envelope. No packaging, nothing. Just an invoice that shows the charges, and the $4.82 discount I got, for being a first time customer WHICH WHEN YOU DO THE MATH ON THE INVOICE WASNT EVEN APPLIED! So on top of everything else they can't even do math and overcharged me too!
It is the ABSOLUTE worst company I have EVER had to deal with hands down. They are also very misleading making you believe they are based out of Canada, with the. Ca extension on their web page www.cellularoutfitters.ca but they are based out of California.
Their customer service people didn't want to hear me at all, but I will be making it my mission to let as many people know as possible. They straight up lie, mislead and rip people off. They think your stupid and lazy and that you won't do anything about it, but I will.
Bought 1 car & 1 home charger. Neither worked so I had to buy new ones elsewhere. They want me to pay for shipping it... once for shipping it to me in the 1st place, one to ship it back. By the time I get it will have cost triple & I doubt it will work! This company is a rip off!
Both times I've bought from them, I got what I expected. I will use them again
Order arrived poorly packaged and after contacting them they tried to tell me I was wrong.
My samsung note 3 is always dying from lack of battery power and I wanted to carry with me extra batteries to put inside to keep it going. I found galaxy note 3 batteries on cellular outfitter for only 9 dollars each. I keep 2 fully charged with me at all times. I cannot say enough good things about this site and having extra battery power for my commute.
I needed a particular case/cover for my phone, and they had exactly that. Sometimes the design you get of the same model phone will still vary between phone companies. This was one of those times, and no one else had what I needed.
The case I got was great quality, very low/reasonably priced, and shipped quickly.
Prices great, shipments good. No issues. Have shopped here several times.
