My purchase included a free stylus which was not sent with my order. I requested it be mailed separately, and they responded with a discount code for future purchases. I said no, I want my original order please, and they said, discount code is all you get. So, they didn't fulfill my order and then told me what would be acceptable recompense for their failure. Now they are ignoring me. This is a bad company with no integrity.
I placed an order with this company for cases and screen protectors for two phones. I made sure I ordered the right products. They sent me the wrongs items. I contacted them and they were very rude and said I ordered the wrong items. I set up a return and shipped the order back to them. They NEVER processed my refund! Stay away unless you like to be Ripped Off!
I ordered the wrong cell case, and not only did they replace it for me free of charge, but they also added $5 to my next order when I ordered the next one. Amazing... I though great customer service in America was dead. DLB in Arizona
Once a service rep got in touch with me his service was excellent. There is a big problem when phone directs a person to go to chat... then no available people on the chat line... then try repeatedly... then finally find a place to request assistance outside of the chat option... it should all be integrated. Phone NO... ok then make sure the chat line is manned. Chat line NO... then provide an automatic submission to have someone return the call.
I was under the impression I would receive a 30% discount on any order over $30.00 sent to my email. I was wrong about that, and Pauley responded in a timely manner. I've used Cellular Outfitter several times, and this is the first time I've experienced a little problem. All is well:-)
One case, 2 weeks! Not alone charging me more for shipping (that I wasn't informed of), it took 2 weeks to get me my phone case! They should be ashamed of themselves. I have also tried to "unsubscribe" for over a week and I am still getting bombarded by emails. Good Grief!
As with others I have seen, they hide charges. I had put in a free shipping code and from what I saw as checking out, the shipping was free. Then, I get my receipt and they charged me $7.98 in shipping charges. I never saw a shipping charge at all. So, WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE PAYING MAY NOT BE CORRECT! Beware of their hidden charges - you won't know until it is too late - they for sure won't cancel it!
I got a cellphone carrier for my iphone but ordered the wrong size. When I contacted support, they were very quick to respond and led me to the correct size for my mobile phone and are sending me another one right away! Great outfit, great customer service and very helpful. Laura
Issues with the website so i reached out to them by e-mail and within 9 hours i had received 2 emails and a phone call and was able to complete my purchase along with a discount offered by the company. The customer service was awesome. Highly recommend this company. Thanks team.

I ordered a clutch from them and it had a problem with the zipper.As soon as I contacted them about it. Bingo they got right to work and replaced it for me. I have bought from this company a few times before and everything was wonderful. Great prices and customer service.
Was not very happy with this company at the beginning. Items were available when I ordered them. Waited for order but nothing. Contacted company by email about order. Got a prompt response and was told that the items were unavailable. Don't know how that happens but anyway. Was told I could pick something else for the same price, but asked for a refund instead. Got no response. Sent another email... no response. Then left a comment on the web site... no response. Can not be reached by phone. I sent an instant message today and got a response right away and was issued a refund and sent an email with a credit statement and proof of refund. So in the long run... i am pleased.
Very good overall. The only problem was a screen protector that I got. It was for an older galaxy s4 so it may have been sitting around for awhile. I could not get one of the tabs off that are pre affixed on it. I finally got it off but could not get the sticky stuff left behind off so I had to throw it away.
I purchased a phone cover and a glass lens cover.The case was fine, but the glass was sent in an envelope and was broken and not usable upon its arrival. Should have been packaged better to prevent this. Now I am out a $8.00 screen glass.
They have great accessories for half the price or more you would pay in stores. They exchanged something that broke no questions asked. GREAT customer support and I will always go to CellularOutfitter before anyone else. Great prices and great customer support, you can't beat that.
Love the convenience of having a dual duty phone case that holds credit cards and other miscellaneous items, and protects my phone. Unfortunately my magnet clasp doesn't not hold any longer and I have resorted to use a rubber band to keep the the case secure.
Terrible customer service! I ordered a phone case for my boyfriend, found out he told me the wrong model phone, so I canceled immediately. They responded that they received my email, and it was under review. Then they send out the order the next day anyway. Tried to get a refund after it came, and they keep responding that it's under review, even though it says 90 day returns. Awful customer service! Can't actually speak to anyone!

I ordered two cases and only received one. They said the other one was on backorder and would send it as soon as they had a back in stock. Now they're saying they won't refund my money or give me another case because it's being longer than 90 days. So that's how they scam you out of your money. Either give me my money back or send me a new case!
I have bought two items from Cellular Outfitter and am very pleased with both.
One was a cover for my husband's phone, which was very hard to find, but Cellular had one! He loves it! The other item was the wallet case with magnetic hold for the phone for my Galaxy S5. I love it and use it all the time. Convenient for those quick trips so I don't have to carry my entire purse with me all the time. It carries everything I need, and I like the fact that when I get a call, I can just take the phone right out of the case so quickly.
I purchased a phone cover for a Samsung A10E and was sent the wrong item. I have contacted them 5 times and get the same email response that someone will be contacting me and nothing. I don't believe the positive reviews. I think that they are fake postings. I've worked for companies that do this or pay a company to do it
My order got to my mail box and shipping envelope was split open. Thanks Battery and the pen were missing the only item left in the envelope was 2 dollar screen saver. I have snt emails, voice messages and several attempts to reach SUPPORT and have gotten no reply. Will never order or purchase from them again
I purchased several items and the package (a small soft envelope) arrived via USPS and was crammed in the mailbox. My shatterproof screen protector was trash when I opened the package. The charger and phone cases were OK but one did not fit phone as advertised. Guess you do get what you pay for. Live and learn.
