I ordered and paid for a particular item. I got a package with partial but not what I really wanted. I tried to contact in many ways to tell them I wanted that product.
With no explanation they DID refund all but shipping.
I asked again over and over about that product. Sent pictures. Never got information about that product. I ordered another color and they said I had that so it was all fine. I reiterated I wanted the black with picture. Nothing.
I HATE that we cannot talk on the phone with anyone and the chat people must be robots from responses I receive.
I enjoyed Two products I received in the last 2 years but really not happy with their customer service st all.

Lousy, lousy, lousy. I paid for expedited shipping and the products arrived, but late. Got an email that indicated shipping could be tracked but the link never populated with tracking data. NONE of my inquiries garnered a response from customer service. Won't be dealing with these knuckleheads again.
I paid for 1-2 day shipping which was more than $20 and still haven't received the package. It was attempted delivery on the THIRD businesss day but I could have paid regular shipping price to get it in 3 days. Instead, they charged me the extra and didn't ship as stated. I am not happy with the experience at all.
I have waited TWO weeks for a simple phone case. After several days, they finally replied that they had been busy and it would go out soon! That is absolutely absurd in today's market to take two weeks to get a tiny phone case. A should have no better and stuck with Amazon!
I ordered a simple cellphone case that supposedly cost $6. It said free shipping and then all of a sudden my total was $15. How the hell did it go from free shipping to a shipping cost that cost more than the damn product?! Its been over a week and still havent got my case. I emailed them and got nothing back. Never again. I reported you guys to the better business Bureau just so you know.

It was my mistake that caused the wrong items to shipped. They were gracious and told me to give them the info for the right item. Done and done. Received an email stating the new order had been placed.

My original order appeared to have gotten lost in the mail. Lauren quickly took command of the situation and sent me the order again, but for free AND by Priority 2-Day Mail! I received it a few days later, and as usual it was exactly what I wanted!
I am not thrilled with your deceiving shipping charge, you showed the cost of PRIORITY@ $9.99 but a "-" for standard, so it appeared to be "free shipping", then when the order was complete, you tell me it will be $4.99 for shipping, Very Deceptive.
I found several cases for my new iPhone on the site and the price was great so I ordered two styles. The site was user-friendly, selection was nice and they arrived quickly. Thus far (10 days) I feel that the case I'm using is very well made and I love the flip out card holder.
Cellular Outfitter Customer service through their site is not well thought out. I can no longer call them. I tried to chat on their site, kept getting not available. I emailed them, and never got a response. Instead I had to contact through Facebook, and got immediate response. Shipping charges should be shown before order is placed. I do like the products, and was pleased with Facebook Cellular Outfitter Customer Service.

And finally after writing a bad review Kiri from Cellular outfitters called me and left me her email but once again as soon as I emailed her she didn't respond, If you are looking for a company that has great customer service this Company is not it... Go elsewhere
I love the way I am able to remove my phone from the case due to the magnets. A little disappointed in how the brown dye seems to rub off and it looks more black than brown.
Also impressed how quickly it came, esp for following a link through Facebook.
Never have I spent two days trying to get a company to answer the phone on my account. I was charged three times on C. C. and no product at house. They also got my street name wrong. G. I give this company a Big 5 X... No star from me! Shoot you have to pick a star to submit. They got this rigged too.
They sent me 3 of the exact same case and screen saver, but not in the same box, so I had to pay shipping and tax and they didn't even take the promo code off. And they added a vip. So I am sending it all back. Forget them! PLEASE DON'T do business with them. You will be sorryL
I ordered a phone case. At time of order I saw NO shipping fees. I looked next day.and had. Shipping charges added. I was furious. But attentive rep Cole explained that the fees came after I tap apply. Still foggy on that. But bottom line Cole quintessentially helping, kind send polite. I ordered two Chargers my total came to $4 I checked out with PayPal they never stated anything about shipping and charge me $14 no less item took a week to come if shipping is $10 is it should have took no less than 2 days to get here. They falsely advertise it too because it is not a Samsung charger but it does work

It took over two weeks to get my screen protectors and then they were for a totally different phone. I've sent over 15 messages to customer support and they never responded. They will take your money and just send you whatever they have on hand, whether it fits your phone or not. They are a scam and don't waste' your time or money.
