Purchased a phone cover that, according to the description should have fit my phone. When it did not, the only option was to get another product. I had to choose a less-expensive phone charger. The charger broke within 5 days! I have tried endlessly to get a response from the company, but only receive the automated email "that someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours". It has been WEEKS!
There was a mistaken made in my orders. A $0.12 purchase somehow turned into two separate orders totaling almost $100.00. I panicked at first, of course. But, after discussing the problem with customer support, a solution was found and the order was cancelled. Thank you for the quick handling of this matter.
I bought goods for $6. I did not realize that there was an $11 shipping charge until my order was complete. I IMMEDIATELY sent an e-mail cancelling the order. They responded 3 days later telling me it was too late to cancel and offering to refund $4.95 of the shipping charge.
Ordered a phone case with free shipping. When the order was placed, shipping was added. I tried to contact customer service via the chat line as well as email. Canned replies received. To make matters worse, the wrong product was shipped. Tried contacting again with phone calls, chat line, and emails. All useless. I will not deal with this place again - will pass along the word to all who will listen to "STAY AWAY." I had to select one star to continue. Not even worth that.
The representitive, Tony, that helped me with my order did a fantastic job to help resolve my issues with my phone charger etc... You should be very proud of his compassion to handle the situation and how he took the "extra steps" to stay in touch and make sure I got everything I needed... Careful with the bait and switch on the price. They add shipping costs after the transaction is made. They make it look like nothing will be charged when you check out and afterwords they add fees to your credit card. Horrible customer service. Horrible company

But otherwise you couldn't get quicker response and willing to help resolve the issue. They are not here yet but will be glad to do another review after i use them for a week.
I love this site! I started out w/ a case and screen protector for my Samsung. Which has taken a beating & saved it more than once from damage. Then I got a thin, hard to fit LG phone and had issues finding a case I liked, but customer service went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find what I was looking for! The prices are great too! Don't forget to get a stylist, they write so well and have a nice sleek look.

I called to find where my order is and I was told my order doesn't exist. That the order number was not found. So than two days after talking to a customer service rep the money was taken out of my bank account and still no merchandise. Tried calling them again and now their phone number doesn't work.

Company can not deliver an order in a timely manner. Customer support is a joke. They just say the package is on its way. Tracking information is unclear as to where the package is. So far, they have refused a refund. For a company that claims to be the largest distributor of parts, they are run very poorly.
Love the variety of things they have and the prices are FANTASTIC! It was easy to find what I wanted, easy to order and arrived in good time. The customer service is also wonderful. I contacted them because I had a question about my order and they were very courteous and helpful. Thank you CellularOutfitter. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This website is fraud don't waste your time here. I order iPhone screen protector screen mount I never got it yet it's bin almost 10 days and there is no customer service to give me an update and tracking is joke nothing shows up on tracking so don't buy from this website it's 100% fraud and waste of ur time
I purchased the Butterfly Wallet Case. It is beautiful and the company is great to customers. However, I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and if I try to talk on the phone while it's in the case, nobody can hear me. I have to remove it from the case before I can talk to anyone. So, excellent customer service, beautiful product, but not much good when no one can hear me. This is why I only rated three stars.

The site should tell you up front the cost of shipping at all levels when you check out.
I paid via PayPal and was not notified of the shipping charge until after the transaction, just not right. I sent several emails to cancel only to be ignored. Never again
I received my order and it was not the correct item. Tried calling and stayed on hold until a vm connected. No one called back. Sent emails and no one responded. Returned order for replacement, have not received. Going to have my credit card company reverse the charges and then I'll hear from them. Will never order from them again.
Prices are good, but shipping charges bring them over the top, and they only show up in the final invoice, AFTER the order is confirmed. I ordered earbuds for $5, and had to pay +$10 in shipping. So I ended up paying more than I would have paid for a similar item at another retailer. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I got the invoice and saw the charge, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, or through email, or by "Contact Us" on their website. I tried all these different ways to contact them for several days, to no avail. At the same time I started getting multiple marketing emails every day from them, although I specifically did not sign up for them. No one ever got back to me about my issue, even until today, but they definitely rushed to ship my order. I will not order from them again.
Customer service is outstanding on defect items. A few simple questions about product and now I have a new shipment on its way. I appreciate the generosity. I purchased more of the same item and hope these work also., if not I will be contacting customer service again

I ordered a pricey case, one that was sent wrong to begin with, then when I call to ask for the correct one, they don't have it. Even before I decide what to get then, they send their choice. Hopefully it's the right one. Never buying here again.
