Ordered three weeks ago and still no products or answers truthfully as why I don't have items. Shipping methods terrible and no live person to talk to. The shut off phone service as not to answer question about problems must be reason they stoped phone calls! Boo
I sent a question as to why only part of my order was received. A reply was received in a very reasonable time with a very reasonable explanation. I was offered free shipping and an apology for inconvenience. I don't know how everything else will work out but so far the customer service has been exemplary. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Case and Screen Protector for my Galaxy S7 smartphone.
Based on my 2 items purchased, it was noted that I would get a free stylus along with it.
I paid for the two item ($14.98) + shipping ($11.98), which seems high such small items.
The big problem is that they ONLY shipped me the Case and not the Screen Protector, or the free stylus.
I sent an email to the company and have not heard back.
In summary, I am very disappointed.
I will NOT be buying anymore phone accessories from this company in the future. They have good prices, but charge a lot for the shipping (which is a additional profit) and did not process the order correctly.
I was very glad that my issue with my order was taken care of by your employee. I was impressed that it was done quickly and in a very personal and business like attitude. I had a screen protector crack only DAYS after receiving it. It was a minor crack but the next day, that crack became a major spider web crack. It was everywhere. They simply requested a photo of the screen protector and sent me a replacement right away. Recommend them to everyone. Good people.
Never got my case. They had incorrect and inconsistent shipping times. Said it left warehouse today when purchasing my case, it didnt. It left 3 days later. The site said said 1-4 business days fir deliver. Usps said 10. They didnt every send me tracking info on the case itself. However they kindly sent me tracking info for the cheap stylus and plastic scratch protector that they add on to your purchase. Been checking my emails since hoping to see something for my phone case. It looks to me like this is a scam. 0 stars if i could put it. Their customer service line keeps you on hold so long that you end up just wanting to hang up.
I ordered two items. They were shipped separately. I started out with one order number, then when the second item shipped, I was given another number... there was no way I knew which item was going to arrive first. I think that an email would have been in order telling what was exactly going on with my purchase. There was also a misdirection to a wrong address with one of my items. I do have to give credit that the company caught the problem and sent out a replacement within a couple of days.
Called to review an issue with my new leather cell case. Lauren handled the issue with courtesy and professionalism. She is a real assist in a world of limited or no customer service. I will recommend your company to all my friends and will also become a loyal customer!
Terrible customer service. Offered to resolve my problem but instead put my order on hold for 3 weeks. Meanwhile I sent several emails asking for item with no response. Then in the end they didn't do as they offered to resolve the problem. I will never use them again!
I have ordered from many online companies and have had good and bad experiences. But the customer service with Cellular Outfitters has been by far the best experience I have ever experienced. Neacy and JP went above and beyond to make my first experience the most pleasant I've ever had. Very quick to respond and very polite and respectful. And then it's your pricing... i mean who can buy such nice accessories anywhere else for these prices?!?! I can not wait to receive my order! To be continued...
The customer service was very helpful, even though I did not get a in person help the directions were good. They have been helpful in getting me the right piece that I needed. I would recommend this company to use.
The website is very misleading. I was purchasing a IPhone case for $13.97. When the final page comes up to review your purchase it show no charge for shipping. Therefore, I assumed shipping is free. When I hit the submit button to finalize the purchase it goes through but added $10 for shipping. This is so upsetting and when I called they would not answer the phone. I had to dispute it through paypal to get a refund. Do not buy from these people
There seems to be no way to get customer service to respond. I received a completely different item than what I ordered. They do not answer their phone, do not respond to repeated customer service contacts via their website. Now they claim my order number does not exist when I try to request a return authorization from their website. Next stop is the bank. I didn't get the promised 25% off, got around 10% and the shipping costs ate that up.
I have so much to say about your CSR Tony I don't even know where to start. He is one of the kindest most considerate helpful representatives I've Ever dealt w ever. He is all that plus he's a consummate professional. I had a unique situation and he didn't hesitate to provide me w several options. He was never rude or pushy and Extremely patient when I needed a little time making my decision. He even went out of his way to check on an item for me that turned out to be out of stock. But again he wasn't rude or dismissive and apologized for not being able to get the item. All in all he was/is Amazing! I'm not sure how you do your reward system but he should get The highest reward you have. Thank you for employing such high caliber people such as Tony.

Pricing was great showed no shippin until after you place order then double the order price for shipping. Tried to cancel no one responded until said shipped. Then read that have to click on the shippin link, no where does it state that while ordering. Just not happy and case is fading in only a week
I love the prices, and regular discounts, as well as the ease of ordering. I get so many compliments on the cell wallets and they really hold up very well (better than my phones do, lol). Just ordered a few more for friends and I know they will love them, especially the magnetic cases.

Received product & was not blown away but satisfied. However, I received an email thanking me & offering me a discount on my next purchase. I then received another email that the first one was on error as no purchase was made even though I already had my item in hand! Sent them a message regarding this issue & to date have received no response.
I received 2 cases. One case was in perfect condition and the other had big stains that won't come out. The item was definitely not inspected before shipping. It was cheap, so I will not go through the trouble of sending it back.
Did not work at all. More important is the horrible customer service at this company. I had to always be pro active to get them to respond to my emails and IM's. After I said I was going to go to PayPal for help to start a claim, they "instantly" decided to respond.
Will NEVER buy from them OR recommend this company to any of my family or friends. 3 weeks is way to long to try to return this product.
I ordered a case with glass protector combo and when I received it, the glass protector had a crack in one corner. Johna Marie got right back to me. The problem was taken care of immediately. There isn't many times anymore you get this kind of service, Thank you.
