I ordered my phone case with this company. High shipping but that's not what prompted me to write this review. I got the wrong phone case. I have written their customer support 4 times. They state they will get back to you the next day. They completely ignored me. I was hoping for an exchange. I am stuck with a phone case I can't use & basically threw my money away on this company. I am not happy.
My "rugged" case has already cracked. When trying to order another with a 10. Off code i was told the code was no good. I ordered 2 screen protectors for 2 different style phones and only got 1 pen/stylus. Very disappointed with this company. Never answered my email either. Doesn't appear they want my business so i quot recommending them to my friends

Website is misleading customer to ordering products with "additional special saving on selected items". Be careful, the advertised "additional 20% or 30%" savings is a TRAP!
Not only that the final amount amount is NOT disclosed at check-out until AFTER the fact, i. E. it is too late to change, reverse or cancel your order when you realized that you are being screwed! And there is no phone number to call to CANCEL your order.
The only way to reach customer service is via Live Chat. But they are playing game until you cave in or give in.
I planned to spend $8 for samsung S8 phone case and ended up being charged over $32 with all misleading gimmicks and tricky "ordering process"!
We must all make a conscious effort to report this scam to BBB and inform all your friends and neighbors to stay away from this biz!

I'm withholding judgement at the moment... Have folks at this site working with me now, but still ending up paying more than im supposed to. Pay close attention to how their cart works w/o mentioning every charge at "checkout/confirm payment" page. $3.30ish item is now costing me almost $10... AFTER I "confirmed" at $3.30ish! Not cool...
The service is quick, easy, and - very important to me - friendly. Some companies imagine that you cannot be friendly and professional. Well, yes you can, and the staff at CellularOutfitter proved it to me every time I had a contact with them. Thanks!:-)

Ordering was smooth and easy, and delivery was lightning quick. Products were good overall, though the glass screen protectors weren't spectacular (haven't been able to get them to completely stick around the edges without bubbles). In their defense, they weren't for the latest phones and not the first that didn't work spectacularly, but better than the last we tried.
I reached out to cellular outfitters and I got a reply which met my needs they were good. Only one problem I had with their product I made an order and it did not last to long in the matter of a month it change in color.
I want to commend Tony for completing the process of a one time courtesy regarding my shipping costs. I greatly appreciate his quick response and the lovely email afterwards. Thank you again to Tony. Now I am anxiously awaiting my package from You. I highly recommend your company and will definitely continue ordering from You.
I ordered two cases for my phone. Both of good quality and price. There was a sale going on but I believe the regular price on one of the cases was about $10 dollars cheaper than other cases. This was my second time ordering from them. Will definitely be doing so again in the future.
I had an issue with an unexpected $10 shipping charge being added to my order. CellularOutfitter responded to my review immediately and issued me a full refund. I was very surprised. I did not expect to receive that kind of service from a company I had never even heard of before. Would buy from again.

When placing my order they added an item to my shopping cart I did not want. They don't tell you shipping cost until after you provide your credit card information. I received my order 1 month after placing it, in spite of two contacts to them to enquire about its status and one to the credit card company I used to pay for the order. I receive daily e-mails of "deals". The received item was as advertised.
I ordered the wallet phone case and it did not provide the protection I need. I contacted customer service and within 10 minutes Everything has been resolved and a new case should be in my mailbox soon. I have ordered 3 products from this company and all 3 has been the same quality I would is spent on an Expensive popular brand.

Ordered the wrong case for my cell phone. I processed an RMA and received an email from a Customer Service Rep (Paul David) who was very polite, helpful and accommodated to ship the item I needed with no extra cost. This was my first purchase at Cellular Outfitter and so far so good. The only suggestion is to remove the timer when placing the order. I think that contributed to submit the wrong order without double checking. Other than that I will recommend it to anyone looking for inexpensive cellular items.
The screen protector I ordered for my Galaxy S7 did not fit. It's a new model phone with a few different models so I understand the confusion. Cellular Outfitters did make it right by issuing a refund
I had 2 items that were out of stock on my shipment. Once i contacted customer service via email, the response time was great. They worked diligently with me through emails on getting replacements for items that were out of stock. Over all im very satisfied with the quality of the products i ordered along with great service.
One thing i did not like is how the shipping was added after i entered my card information.

Everytime I order from Cellular Outfitter the promoted sale does not come through when checking out. Example: Black Friday Everything 50% off. Bold print on my email and on the home webpage. But when I went to check out I got a message that I "earned" 40% off. That's good but what happened to the other 10%? That's not the only time. I sent an email once asking why this always happens, but of course I got no response. While theIr prices are good, I get annoyed with their ploys and false advertising!
Horrified to see that shipping was so much. You don't get chance to see shipping costs after you enter credit card information. I tried to cancel order, but it was 11pm. The next day after I calmed down a bit, I decided to see if maybe it was worth it. Items arrived and 2 charging cables and wall charger are garbage. Charging cables are loose when plugged into phone after 1 month of use... and the fast charging doesn't work with the cables I ordered... even though they are supposed to. Seriously... don't order from this company. I'm now looking at just going to Verizon tomorrow and paying the $15 for an OEM cable. Lesson learned.

I ordered a phone case and it was delivered but it did not fit as in the ordering section when you enter your phone model I seen multiple selections and I picked the wrong one and then went through customer service to make a return and select another number and then second one was the exact size I needed. Custer Service handled my problem and made the exchange for me.
