Over charge for shipping. I ordered 3 12 volt Nokia chargers and a free pen came with each order, only recieved one pen. Terrible service. Shipping cost come after you push the pay button. I wanted to cancel my order after finding shipping charges were more than what I had bought, no one would answer the phone. Don't shop there, not a honest seller. Invoice # ID *******

They took care of an iui issue pronto, what more is there to say. Best company to deal with. I will continue to buy here, and you should too. Great prices and selection. Was not sure if things would go smooth, but they did and without a l oui t of questions or delays. Keep up your service and you have a loyal customer. Thank you for all that you should be.

Where is my order?

CellularOutfitter took my money and did not ship the products to me ---- I ordered a phone case and a few other items on July 21. My credit card was charged on 7/21. I've tried to contact their customer service and sent emails to inquire about my order after 14 days. I have yet heard a response from CellularOutfitter. Not a good business practice. My next step is to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

What a sham - I fell for an old, cheap trick! CellularOutfitter claimed that because of high demand I had 10 only minutes to complete my transaction (it counted down seconds!). I entered my credit information without noticing that there were no shipping options. I could have sworn it said free shipping on first offer, but could find no evidence of that via my back button. Once the order was ' completed ' (their language) a box appeared that said I had been charged $5.99, bringing the total up to $17. Obviously Í'll yelp.

It is never our intention to deceive our customers, and I am sorry if you felt that is what we did in regards to our Shipping and Handling.

There is a Shipping & Handling Fee for every order which is a per item fee.

The Shipping and Handling for USPS First Class is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.

On our checkout page, there is a box with all available shipping methods which you can use to calculate your total. Hit apply and see the total you will be charged. Customers who forgo this step will automatically have the lowest cost option applied to their order.

Shipping showed nothing until I finalized the sale - then it popped in at over $21 for a $16 and change purchase. I contacted pay pal and the company and have been attempting to cancel. They responded that for a "one time offer" they would reduce shipping by 50%. Further, I noticed prior to finalizing the sale that there was a screen protector in my cart at a cost of $3.99 that I didn't put there. I removed it once and later on noticed that it had appeared again. If you do business with this company I would advise checking the contents of your cart prior to checkout as they seem to have mystery items that pop in. I'm going to simply cancel as I think this is a shady way to do business and I am now suspect of the company.

The price and products are great! Just what they advertise. However, if there is a problem with your order, don't and I really mean don't use their webpage. The phone number doesn't work, the live chat is anything but live, and the email system is lucky to get back to you within a week. Use Facebook messenger and you will save yourself a lot of headaches. They answered right away and after looking into a few things they fixed my order. For all those people that like their prices and products, this is how you get customer service from them. Of course during their normal business times. Can't expect 24 hour customer service, can you?

I used the company website to cancel my order with them of a $4 purchase and a $5.99 shipping and handling fee. The product was ordered after shipping times and order was cancelled a couple hours after that on a Friday night. I even tried to call with no luck in getting through. I contacted them twice about cancelling but they shipped on Monday anyway with no communication back to me. Never use them again

Bought a case and screen protector. Never received an order confirmation, and you can not get them to answer the phone nor will they call you. Be very cautious if you decide to do business with them. They are a very sketchy outfit to say the least. If they ever finally send my items., they will be returned immediately. Have already disputed charge with my bank. Terrible customer service!

Good surprise!

On my first order, "I" made a mistake and Cellular Outfitter fixed it immediately. The rep solved the problem before I could get it all expressed! The shipping seemed a bit slow. My next order was processed and mailed pronto. I like the variety and the prices for their merchandise [accessories for LG phones are hard to find!].

My samsung note 3 is always dying from lack of battery power and I wanted to carry with me extra batteries to put inside to keep it going. I found galaxy note 3 batteries on cellular outfitter for only 9 dollars each. I keep 2 fully charged with me at all times. I cannot say enough good things about this site and having extra battery power for my commute.

My order was sent to the wrong address and returned to the sender by post office. After contacting cellular outfitters by e mail both people who replied to me were very helpful in getting the situation resolved. Very good customer service.

Still not shipped

I ordered a case from this website on the 16th of July. They claim they ship same or next business day. Still not shipped. All i get are emails every day saying so sorry we will ship it today. I should have known the price was to good to be true. Don't trust them they take your money and don't deliver.

After being issued a $10 replacement credit cause my case wasnt in stock, I was able to message and have someone help me and even extend the credit by $7 dollar more mainly cause a lot of cases were out of stock. And helped me find a beautiful wallet case. Thank you for being so supportive and helpful

I felt ripped off at the end with shipping charges, which they don't show until you press the button "complete your order". I felt deceived by this companie's selling practices. Then I complained and they sent an automatic reply in two seconds (which looked pre written since they maybe have so many people complaining about the same topic), in the letter they offered to reduce the shipping costs but I refused and still pressed cancel my order, then another window opened offering free shipping and I accepted, but the prices of my items where all changed and increased! Then I requested again to cancel but at this point I dont know what the outcome will be.

Discount Dispute

I have ordered from this site several times. After my last purchase I noticed that the discount was not applied to the total order and the shipping seemed more expensive than in the past. I email my complaint and within 24 hours Anson from the Customer Service Department replied. Apparently the discount only applied to certain items not the entire order, but Anson gave me the discount anyway and even discounted the shipping! No arguments, no back and forth. He was professional, courteous, and direct. I received more of a discount than I deserved and I will definitely order from this site again and recommend it to others. Thanks for the great customer service!

Don't take the chance... it's not worth it.

Dishonest product descriptions, high shipping costs, slow delivery. 2-4 day shipping took them 5 days to "process" and USPS took 4 business days, over the course of a weekend...

Website constantly spams my email inbox with offers, each and every day.

Not satisfactory at all.

Resolved quickly

I ordered two Samsung tempered glass covers, it mentioned free shipping. Just before I checked out it didn't tell me it added $11.00 and change to my $5.88 product. Long story short. I emailed them, Cellular Out Fitters and they deducted the shipping cost. They explained what should of happen but that they would remove the shipping cost and thanked me for being a good customer. I'm very pleased with there fast reply and resolved my issues. Thank you CellularOutfitters.
