I am writing this review to try and prevent others from wasting an huge amount of money on a reptile that more than likely will Never arrive, We Ordered a Supergiant blood Leopard gecko for 550$ paid for overnight shipping but it never arrived. When we called about tracking information customer service was rude and still never received a call back, DO NOT BUY FROM this website, they are a scam and terrible breeders.
Bought a blue iguana from cbreptile in September he's growing good he's healthy my family loves him the one with the green background was when he 1st arrived the 2nd picture is recent

This place is a scam. Never ever buy from them. Report them. Someone should look into them and their so called healthy reptiles. I purchased a blue iguana. They took $310. Two days later they told they didn't have any in stock. Then out of no where I got a message from some lady who claimed she works there. They had one that they could not sell because it was miss a foot. They charged me for shipping and never refunded the rest of my money. I got this poor baby blue iguana from them who is very young missing a foot and has other bite marks all over his tail. Also he is was very very skinny. It's been over a month now and still no refund. They stole $260 some dollars. Now nobody will get back to me Or answer and messages.

Hear me out, I was very skeptical with reading reviews every where. However my son wanted a crocodile skink and I agreed I would get him one. They shipped one and it arrived dead. I regretted ordering it because I felt so bad. I ordered turtles before and never has this issue. The packaging arrived warm (it was cold weather) and I think maybe there wasn't enough air or too hot or FEDEX just mssed up. Fedex is just not my favorite no matter where I have lived and this package was a few hours late. They said they would send me one when they became available again. I didn't hear from them for several weeks so I reached out to send a reminder. They shipped one out next day. Same situation. I contacted them immediately and sent pictures again and they sent me one out again and told me if it didn't arrive they would refund me. Truthfully I wanted a refund but I try to go with the flow also a few of my communications were sent back to me and I assumed it was a scam because it was saying the email didn't exist or was full and I assumed didn't exist. The 3rd one arrived in perfect condition. It was much older which was a little disappointing as my son wants to "grow up" with his critters but it is what it is. Glad it arrived safe and healthy. It took over 2 months to make it right but I appreciate their patience and attempts to make the situation right.

Ordered a juvenile panther chameleon from them. I placed an order and there was no response for weeks. They eventually answered my call after weeks of trying and they said the order would be filled in a few weeks. Ordered a male and got a female. The juvenile had clearly never been held and has the worst temperament of any chameleon I have come across.

I ordered a Dalmatian crested gecko that was a female and although it was delayed a few times, I got the gecko. The bad thing is that I got a male and it was supposed to be a female. CB Reptile isn't that bad if you have patience.

Their baby blue iguanas are more expensive than other sites so I assumed that I would be getting a healthy beautiful lizard. The one they sent has mites and does not look anywhere close to as beautiful as the ones in the pictures on their website

Ordered a baby inferno leopard gecko online from CB. CB sent a confirmation email the next day for overnight shipping. Received the leopard Gecko the next day. It was packaged very well with a small heat pouch outside the plastic container. Looked very healthy, was receptive to food the same day, shed his skin the next day, and pooped the following day. Didn't mind being handled, I'd say this is a very healthy lizard. So far so good. I would recommend CB for sure. Not necessarily cheap, but worth it.

I received my panther chameleon about a week ago. He is doing great. The company is awesome they were keeping contact with me the entire time making sure my order was done correctly. I recommend buying from them.
I ordered a male blue axanthic iguana on late Aug 26 which was a thursday, and they called me on Aug 31st and told me they were shipping him out that day. I received him at about 10am the next day, Sep 1st. He arrived alive and alert and was extremely calm as I gently took him out of the bag and put him into his enclosure. When I first looked into the bag and saw him I gasped because his color is so baby blue! He has a fully intact tail and isn't missing any toes, he looks very healthy. First thing he did was go in his water dish and swim around, then he basked most of the day, he seems to alternate between these activities. It's been 1 week now and he seemed to have started eating within 24 hours of arrival. He's liking the grated kabocha squash a lot but I also offer him collard greens, green beans, grated parsnip, & bell peppers daily, and various fruits here and there as well as some alfalfa pellets soaked and crushed. He's pooping daily, which is another indicator that he's eating well lol. I haven't been handling him much because I want him to get used to the enclosure and settle in first. I can say he's never tried to bite me although he has postured up to me and flared his dewlap and tried to tail whip me a few days ago, but he only did that once. So far so good
Slow shipping (they say 24hrs) and they sent the wrong chameleon—I received a hatchling when I ordered a young adult! That's a $200 price difference, not to mention I needed a completely different set-up and food for the baby to survive. Apparently, they are so busy they made a mistake, but I think it is either incompetence or outright fraud, judging from the other reviews. Customer service is slow—they don't pick up the phone or respond to texts. Emails are brief and dismissive. I thought I was going with a premium reptile dealer (spending c. $800 all in) and all I got was amateur hour. Join an online forum or Facebook group and you'll get good recommendation for a breeder that cares. I plan on reporting this company to the NJ DA's office if my case isn't resolved quickly.
DO NOT BUY, absolute nightmare, 3 weeks after my purchase, hasn't even been shipped yet. HORRIBLE costumer service, quite frankly seems like it's all a scam.

We received our juvenile Ambilobe chameleon one week ago today. He seems healthy and is slowly getting comfortable with his new home. The shipping dates on the cbreptile website is very misleading, but they were responsive to my email and we are happy with our chameleon
I purchased a baby panther chameleon which arrived within 24 hours after shipping. I did pay extra for a male but I feel I received a female from time of arrival. Who knows, maybe I am wrong (still too early to be sure). Nonetheless, I rate this 5 star because the reptile arrived to California in quick time and was/is very healthy on arrival. The attached photo is about 3 weeks after arrival. She continues to grow and look great. This is my second purchase from them and I have received 5 star service each time.
This company is fraudulent and has no customer service, they do not value their clients, nor do they honor their agreements. When an individual purchases something and has financial proof they have purchased the item it is 100% unethical and illegal not to follow through on a purchase. There is nothing on their website that states a pending charge is not a payment and full payment must be processed prior to the orders completion.
You took my money, stated the transaction failed (on your end) even though it went through on the banks end and refused to assist me as a customer on how to make it right. Your company should be ashamed and after reading the comments on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I am embarrassed to state I fell for your scam! I will be posting this information on every source possible to ensure others do not fall for it as well and contacting my bank about your fraudulent charge.

Answer: The reason why you didn't receive any shipping information is because they are a scam company that doesn't follow their own rules. They may not even have the reptiles that they sold you and are waiting for them to hatch or will find them anyway they can without regard to the animal's health or the customers wallet.
Answer: Scam reptile mill company don't support them they don't care for their reptiles and defraud their customers.
