The reason why you didn't receive any shipping information is because they are a scam company that doesn't follow their own rules. They may not even have the reptiles that they sold you and are waiting for them to hatch or will find them anyway they can without regard to the animal's health or the customers wallet.

There's nobody working on the weekends so if you order on Saturday or Sunday you won't hear anything until Monday afternoonish and you should get your package Tuesday.

I ordered mine Sunday and got it Monday and I got a tracking number through email
