This is the best customer service that I have experienced in years! From start to finish. I didn't understand that 2 parts in a set would have two different part numbers. They were so patient and helpful.
There is a bit of a stigma to ordering car parts over the net.Its not as easy as taking it right back to the local parts store should they be sold the wrong part so I suspect that is why I approached it with undue caution. CarParts.com worked to convince me I was dealing with the right bunch by professionally going through what they had in their inventory and then walking me through it to get my best buy.
The parts arrived on the same day promised. They even worked with me on getting my shipping costs down.The Next time i decided to go on~line for my car needs they will definitely get my business.

So... I needed a new fender liner for my 2018 Rav4. It was "guaranteed" to fit... and it mostly does, but not all the holes line up correctly... and in a few areas there was no hole where one was needed. It'll do, but overall the match could have been better. Basically, you get what you pay for... and if you want it to match perfectly, you're probably better off spending the extra to get an authentic Toyota part.
Shipping and prices are great.

I needed a hub bearing for my truck. All the auto part chain stores was out of my price range and didn't think I could replace it yet. Then I seen the Carparts price. I really thought it was a mistake. So I researched the part on their website, which was easy to use. The part was correctly priced but was still skeptical due to low price. I ordered it, and it arrived on time. Wasn't damaged, worn, broken, used, nothing appeared out of the ordinary. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
Part came quickly and in excellent condition. The part was packaged quite nicely. Very easy to do business with!
Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and I am very pleased with this company. I will continue to shop with them.
My wife recently drove my truck and struck a tree branch in our pasture and broke my mirror off. I shopped two other online companies, Carid and RealTruck... both wanted over double what I paid through CarParts. In fact, since I'm getting ready to trade my truck in, I wanted OEM replacement, RealTruck didn't even carry them and tried to sell me on the towing mirror!
I've used CarParts in the past... don't know why I didn't come here first on this one?

I had to replace a complete taillight assembly for an older vehicle. CarParts had it for a great price and it was delivered 2 days earlier than the original estimate. The new part fit perfectly and worked great!.
I called to get the customer service to match the price of a part that I found on another site and the customer service person was very helpful. She found a lower price supposedly for the items that I needed and was able to stay within my budget. However the next day I received an email stating that one of my items were out of stock and it was baffling to me that she didn't already know through their system that the item was out of stock. To add to Fury I was informed that another one of my items would be canceled due to being out of stock and it came as a kit so I would only be receiving one of the items from the kit. Therefore I'm still missing two items that I have to wait on my refund in order to buy. I had my car repairs schedule and now I have to reschedule them due to not receiving all of the parts in order to complete the repairs. I was not totally satisfied with the outcome of this order due to having to reorder more parts. It was at a very high moment of satisfaction and was brought down to a very low moment of not being satisfied.
So happy with this purchase. My car looks like new.

Will use them again.
Send wrong part, expected me to eat the shipping. Horrible customer service. Part was miss represented on the website. STAY AWAY. Use your local parts service and save yourself the headache. All they sell is Chinese crap anyway.
I am so happy that I stumbled upon this website. I have ordered several parts for different vehicles from window motors to wheel hubs, the customer service is so on point. I ordered one instant the wrong part n they sent me a RMA to return it and within days the right part was delivered... refund times are reasonable too. Greatest Car Part online.

What A Joke
We order between 50-150 parts a week. The two times Ive ordered parts with CarParts, the system has kicked both our Amex and our Visa back. We'll spend the next 15 minutes on the phone because its anything but fast that way - then the next day, you'll get a receipt saying you order went through for the online purchase. Effectively ordering two parts, and then they'll try to charge you for the second part. Wonderfully flawed system in their favor.
