Their prices were great, shipping was super fast, and the products I ordered (3 of them) were good, but one lower control arm was making a clunking sound. My mechanic said he believed it was machined slightly less than perfect so it was moving a little. It wasn't dangerous, just a little noisy. I told them about this, and they shipped me a new control arm within two days, didn't even require me to return the old one, and the new one is perfect. I am very impressed and will continue to shop with them. Oh, they also price-matched one part of my order so I got an even better deal initially.

She took the time to explain to me what I needed in parts terminology and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. She was thorough and went over every detail of the parts, purchase and shipping. I had purchased from Car Parts before and the parts and service was fine, but after this delightful experience. Switch was poor quality and did not function correctly. A simple test of each product before shipment could ensure your customer is satisfied and will not leave a negative review.
I've shopped around for car parts all over the place. And o stumbled upon this site. They have saved me a few hundred bucks on parts. Very impressed and I would recommend this site to anyone who is struggling with money and need quality decent priced part.
I purchased a set of 4 shocks for my 03 Ford Ranger. When installing the 2nd front shock, I found that both lower mounting bolts and one of the rubber bushings was missing. The box for the shock was sealed, but the package that was supposed to have the lower bolts was opened and both bolts & nuts were missing. The package that was supposed to contain the upper mounting hardware was sealed but one of the rubber bushings was missing. I ended up using the best of the old bushings and had to run to the local auto store to buy the lower bolts. Since I had my truck apart, it was too late to order replacement hardware. I'm not sure how this happened, but I was not a happy camper at the time.
Since people have to pay for shipping you should find a better way besides regular mail. This came from Illinois and I get mail from Texas and illinois in three days. And you should show delivery date before purchasing I could've had this knock sensor in three days and half price from Amazon, it just wasn't an OEM part but still charging me 5 dollars to put a 1inch part in a envelope and regular mail and taking 5 days... never again will I order from you and if my friends ask about your services I would say Don't
I ordered a catalytic converter for my Lady's 2011 Chevy Traverse. The parts were reasonably priced(needed 2) and they fit well. They arrive quickly. I took it to Bill's Muffler in Killeen TX and it's been going strong ever since. I will definitely use them again.

Called a junkyard and the part was 50$ used looked on parts.com new part was 37$ with shipping had it to my house in about 10 days and it fit perfect very very good and affordable experience thank you Parts.com
Website was down but I called in to order over the phone. Someone answered immediately and I was about to order the wrong part but they were able to correct me and get the right one for my vehicle. Hopefully they show up quickly and are good quality.

Frist time customer. I was looking for rear wheel bearings. After I could only find bearings for the front, I started to chat online to ask if they could help. Elvie was great, they informed me that I needed to buy the HUB assembly for the rear that I couldnt just buy the bearing itself. What a relief! Elvie really made my day easier. They even caught a mistake with my address and corrected an order I placed yesterday and a order I placed today. Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be a repeat customer!

Ordered a part and placed a different shipping address. When I looked at the confirmation, the addresses were switched. I called customer service 30 seconds after the order and they said they couldn't change it they could only cancel the order. I paid with PayPal and they showed the correct order. This is the second time they have screwed up and they won't get the chance for a third!
