I appreciate the good quick service for the part I ordered over the phone. I had called to order and my credit card wasn't filled to allow the sale to be processed. The service representative was curtious as I had placed him on hold for 12 minutes as I called my bank.

I ordered a new part for my wife's car, their website said that it was available. Within 24 hrs, I was emailed stating that item was out of stock. Please keep the inventory availability on your website up to date. I needed the part asap so I had to go through a different company to order the part.
I ordered this bumper for my truck and nowhere in the product detail does it say it's for a dual rear wheel truck. It fit fine but the plast is shaped different so it leave a large gap under the tailgate. The "powder coat" is very thin.
Ordered on 14 July 2018, truck broke down last week, August 7th and seemes like a fuel issue. I replaced the fuel pump and got me going. Same happened today 12th August and i looked under the hood and found that this egr sensor had melted and melted 2 other hoses along with it. Several hundred dollars of f*@# up due to this part!

I ordered a drivers side power window switch panel for a 2012 jeep liberty. The price I purchased it for was very reasonable. When the part arrived I replaced the old one and it works like a champ. The hyundai dealer quoted a new mirror price of around $500 and I ordered the same quality mirror for $90! The dealer also was tacking on an additional $300 for painting. I ordered paint from another place for $15. I replaced mirror in about 5 minutes. What a deal!
Been waiting 5 days for my tracking info to show up so i called customer service and they tell me that in three more days they will ship my part and it will take another 5 days for shipping. I asked why is it taking so long to ship they tell me that the part is not in stock.if they dont have the part then why are they selling it to me in the first place.
