This is the 2nd. Time I've done business with CarParts.com and am very pleased. I typed in what I needed and it came up with a great price and was at my home in less than a week. Even when the computer wasn't cooperating the phone service was excellent.
Was not able to change shipping address. I put the address that I wanted shipped to, when I checked out it changed shipping address to my mailing address. Call to get it corrected said that could not changed shipping address it was just submitted. Not happy with services
Excellent service. Ordered the parts on Monday. Arrived on Thursday. New parts. Installed within minutes. Price was outstanding. LKQ and Pick-a-part were twice as expensive for used items. I will definitely use CarParts again and recommend them to others.

I want to give a big shout out to Manny for my recent purchase over the phone! He took the time to walk me through the different options available to me. He never once seemed annoyed with probably pointless questions but instead made small talk and found ways to make a personal connections. In a day where customer service is so pivotal he far succeeded any expections. Im not sure if you have a reward system for positive reviews but I will definitely be a returning customer and tell everyone, so he definitely deserves something for his amazing service he provided. Also, I really am not one to send in reviews bad or good but this was different. Way to go Manny!
As soon as I completed my order I received an offer from Norton Anti-Virus about a free offer to "protect my order". I continued to receive marketing emails from Norton.
I don't appreciate my information being sold to third parties, especially after I just gave a company my business.
I needed a part for my 15-year-old Saturn Ion and so what does one do first? Google, of course! CarParts came up with the absolute lowest prices. Even with shipping, handling, and tax, it was still lower than anybody else. The part arrived in 3 days and I was able to install it myself. I have not tested their return performance (no need to yet). However, I am very happy with the service they provided; hence a 5-star review.
I have just placed another order for a head gasket and discovered that Rock Auto has the identical part Beck/Arney #******* for $18.93 and Mahle #******* for $20.79. This part is extremely urgent.
Absolutely not happy with my experience with this company. For starters, they did not capture my entire shipping address, thereby delaying the delivery of my part. Then when I attempted to return the part, they informed me that I would have to pay to ship the part back to them! Very bad customer service, very bad! As I'm not happy with the service received I'll be pursuing other avenues to get a refund.
Will never order form here again.

I called to check on availability of a part that I had already researched to determine it was the correct part. This first lady asked for the year, make, and model of my vehicle even though I had given her the part number I wanted. She couldn't answer about inventory so I was transferred to another employee. The first thing he asked after I inquired about inventory of the part number was the year, make, model, and submodel of my vehicle! I had to get firm and repeat my request for availability and he just said "It shows that I have that item in stock". He didn't call down or physically go to check if it was on the shelf (like many other online parts dealers have done). Very minimal customer service.
Your site is a bless for these prices and good customer service. Truse me you need a good designer for a commercial to advertise more! People need to know you so no more other car parts companies!

I ordered a part and received confirmation via email. Two days later my part is put on hold. I was guaranteed a delivery date and they will not make it right! The part will now be two days late and I have to explain to the customer why they will be with out their vehicle!
They drug me around in circles on the phone for over an hour. Refused to explain why it was on hold, told me two day shipping wasnt available when it was clearly listed for 24.06. Very rude and unwilling to make things right. Insisted this was my fault some how and refused to let me speak to someone above them. I have never dealt with this level of disrespect and blatant unwillingness!
I bought a headlamp lens and was pleased with the simplicity of the web site and the price. They beat Amazon Prime on product selection and price, which is itself uncommon, but their delivery is slow, I'm still waiting for the part so I'm glad I didn't need it right away.
This is the first time to order from Carparts. I talked to Rob on the phone to make sure I was ordering the right V belt for my Geo. He assured me that I gave him the correct part number from the website and the belt was in stock. I placed the order with him and found Rob to be very knowledgeable as to my needs to place the order with him. Thanks to Rob.

I ordered a fuel pump my first the first time got it before time worked perfectly people were nice. Just ordered oxygen haven't recieved so can't give a review but okay@ ext 4009 was very nice parts didn't match but she did very good job to make sure everything was straight before we got off the phone.
