I ordered a left and right chrome bumper replacement kit for my 2006 Audi A6 Quattro. These are the chrome strips that fit right above the fog light assembly. The trim pieces do not have the right curve when manufactured. The 3M adhesive is high quality but due to the poor manufacturing of the trim to match the bumper the adhesive could not hold the chrome trim pieces in place. They cannot stay attached to the bumper due to the poor design as it does no match the curve of the bumper. I ordered Evan Fisher brand replacements and they work perfectly. Cost more but worth the extra expense. Not bad mouthing CarPart.com but be aware that these are not going to work for this application. The part numbers are: A******* and A*******. I have photos of the products together to show the difference if anyone is interested.
Prices are good but it took me 1 1/2 to complete my order. I had to keep starting all over again to order gaskets

They were the ONLY place that had my drivers side mirror to match my car, everyone does not have black side mirrors people, I have chrome and they had them about to order another part soon.
They sent my order to the wrong place an they sent it back an now I have to water 3or 4 day to get my money back they didn't have to water on there money I will not order from them again I called summit an got my part in to days

I was charged $27 for overnight shipping on Friday afternoon at 10 minutes after 1 I have been informed that I'm not going to receive my package for three more days which would be on a Monday. I paid for overnight shipping because I needed it on Saturday, when I called the call service center to complain they said that I should have received a pop-up menu stating that there was a cut-off time on all of the overnight shipping orders and charges. I never received any such pop-up menu as I made this order on my phone.
Stephen was helpful and patient to the point that I am probably going to use CarParts from now on when I need a part quickly and not going to rob me blind. Now I will see what happens when I get my part on Friday. Thank you

Looked for the steering pump everywhere locally. Cheapest I could find was 250 plus core charge. Here, there was no core and saved over 100 bucks
There is a guy name TJ and his so called supervisor Jessica are liars, they sell you parts and promise to deliver in 24hours for a sale. They then put the phone down when I called back upset. They are Scammers! They give you fake numbers to get your credit card signed. I was able to get my convertible fixed for 200.00 cheaper. Do not waste your time and energy. They need to be shut down immediately. I will be on the BBB next!
It was easy to order my direct fit parts, however i never did receive my 5% discount coupon. But with a 1 year warranty you really can't go wrong.

I ordered a catalytic converter with manifold. The picture showed gaskets with the part. I called and it was confirmed that gaskets were part of the order. Recieved order with NO gaskets.
I had a great experience with Kenneth with Car Parts.com Online Chat group.
He helped me find the parts I needed, and then told me of a new customer promotional discount and then made sure it got in the system.
