When I placed my recent order, I was told that I would have it no later than the 29th of June, then given a tracking number that says July 5th. I ordered this from this side because I needed it asap. They seriously need to look into this matter. Not a happy client at all.
I ordered the wrong part and contacted costumer service. They found the right part from another site and helped me get the correct part for my model! Even though it was from another site! Very impressive! They even canceled my order with no problem! I will come back to them for sure in the future!
Just made a purchase for $3.75. Shipping was $7.00 and some change. How does that work? I will review again when I get the product... I could not change the option of shipping when I had it in my cart.
It was 2 days before I received the tracking numbers, which they cover their selves on that but I was given a date of delivery, just checked it yesterday. Today was suppose to be delivery day. I checked tracking through FedEx and now it's another 2 days. So... if you need your part rather quickly don't bother trying to save money. Go to a parts store. Idk if I'll buy from them again, this was to repair my work vehicle and now 2 more days with no work. I saved nothing, only lost.
I ordered my parts Saturday morning, and I am just now getting responses and emails today on Tuesday morning. Dont know whos running the show, but this is sad. I just received my parts Wednesday evening, and the parts are brand new, but there is no overnight shipping. So do not pay for fast shipping. You will be made a fool.
I viewed Summit Racing for the part I needed which was sold only in a pair according to them, but I came upon CarParts.com and not only did they have the part I needed but sold it w/o being in a pair. Save $$'s and got it in less than a week. Definitely satisfied.
After researching carparts.com online, I followed up with a phone call to the company to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my vehicle. I reached Chris, and am very glad I did. He was awesome to deal with. He asked specifics about my truck to make very sure I had the right part. He also let me know it would be a direct fit with no alterations necessary. I have shopped other online parts vendors, but have usually felt rushed and "just another call." Chris made me feel like I mattered as a customer. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely call carparts.com in the future when I need parts, and will definitely ask for Chris. His kind of customer service is rare these days.
Ive been waiting for 2 days for a confirmation and ive not heard anything so i call to find out what was going on and get told they arent sending my parts out till monday and wont fet them till the following friday. This is $#*!ing bull$#*! and ill never buy parts through these people again
Ordered last week because I need the parts tomorrow. My only day off to do the repairs. First contact was today. Where instead of calling my cell which is the number provided. They call my parents house phone and leave a message there. Apparently having to verify my shipping and billing. I call and they cannot tell me why they contacted my parents. Still dont have the parts ready because my call was for nothing. The guy on the phone tells me the computer has to verify it. So why was I needed to call them back. They have no answer as to why they didnt call the correct and only number I provided. Wont upgrade to over night shipping. So now Ill be waiting for parts to show up and either have to do the repairs after 12 HRs at work. Or wait another 8 days for my next day off. And still at this moment dont know if they are even coming because apparently I have to wait 24 HRs for their computer to verify whatever it is they need. I wont use this company again and sounds like a few of my friends wont now either. Great prices. Poor logistics.
