Couldn't figure out how to go to checkout went to contact and they had Chat with associate. I had someone named Cherry and she did such an awesome job by helping me get the ordering done and waited to make sure I got the email verifying it went through, so THANK YOU CHERRY for the patience of walking me through it..

Reviews on here seem to be grouped into either really bad or really great with next to nothing in the middle. Something seems off about that. In any case I ordered a part yesterday and called to cancel the order today. First time ever ordering a parts from this place. I was already aware that it may end up shipping anyway but hoping it will cancel and I don't have the hassle of having to send it back.
In any case, the customer service agent was friendly, took my information and submitted my cancellation request. She also explained to me what I already knew about there being a "small window of time" to cancel an order.
As I said, she was very friendly but I was also friendly so I have to wonder if those complaining about poor customer service and rude behavior were themselves being overly rude. I give them a 4 because the agent was kind and helpful. If they had a better cancellation policy, I'd give them a five.
When ordered delivery date was the 6th confirmation said 7th half showed up 8 th other half in transitt assured delivery on the 9th now update says the 13th control arms need bushings to install. IF YOU DONT NEED PARTS FAST THESE GUYS WILL DO MAYBE BUT IM STILL WITHOUT MY PARTS AND A RUNNING VEHICLE
I ordered a tail lamp assembly that the dealer quoted me a price of $233 plus labor to install. Car parts sent me the part I needed for $72.33 including shipping and handling. I was able to install it myself.

Ordered front floor mats (carpet) for a 2011 terrine. Site said IN STOCK. Called a week later for an up date. Told they will ship a month from now. They have to be custom made. The car will be gone by then. I thought in stock meant it was on the shelf, ready to ship.
I ordered a part for CarParts, received what I ordered in a timely matter, received the correct fit product, and purchased the after market product at a reasonable price.
Good prices, good inventory, good return and help policies. I don't like that they have to include unearned charges by the state of California, but I guess they are stuck like the rest of us.
Well I ordered the items Saturday, but the only email I have received so far is thank you for your order. Is my order fulfilled our waiting review still. I would like more info about the products I ordered our I will keep ordering from Rocco Auto for now on.

Nice proper fitting mirror truck spoke online with representatives company confirmed would fit my truck. Order placed may 22. They wait day confirm charge my bank, order confirm may 23 given tracking number order came June 2 while tracking came to state I live then went another state which made come little later. Was original fed ex sent came via post office box slightly damaged however product inside not. And installed works great and was way cheaper other places in person and online. Sad how parcel carrier dropped ball per say and made delivery take longer not sure how box damanged as well. But inside product was not.
I ordered all of this stuff and it was a great price. Everything fit perfect with no problem. I will order again from carparts.com
