I had the worst experience with this company, and then after they sent the wrond dang window switch for my maxima thry tried to sell me the exact same parr AGAIN... and the sales rep argued with me, telling me i was wrong... that it was the correct switch 100% forsure... then why did the front 2 switches both not have the auto roll down feature... and if u try an use this switch tjey offerd on a 2002 maxima, well it wont work an will blow relays an fry a window motor bc the power an ground wires are in different pun locations on the boards... and then they didnt offer the correct switch when i askd about it... so when i orderd another drivers side orderd, i thought i was atleast due over night shipping bc of THEIR mistake in 1st place... HECK NO they said... they gave me a big fat whopping $6 off my order and regular ground shipping, which last time took 10 dang days... oh but they said it would b here in 3 days... LMAO... yeah freaking right... this was biggest bunch of crap i have had to deal with in awhile... a group of pre schoolers couldve ran the sales and most def the cust serv dept allot bttr... so im 1 very pissd off unhappy customer... can i give a -10 stars showing my oh so great experience i had... i wont buy from this company AGAIN..

I was shocked at the superior level of quality of the assembly I received. It is BETTER than brand new, it's superior to the original equipment installed on the vehicle. The construction and materials used to manufacture it are superb. I will certainly be ordering a right side replacement in the very near future. Any replacement parts I need for my vehicle will be ordered through CarParts.com.

No more rolling down the window to open the door. My husband has zero experience or knowledge of cars but with this video and carparts he easily replaced the door handle in 30 minutes. IN 30 MINUTES. In our driveway, 90 degree weather in Texas, with a 7mm socket and T20 screws (see video)... tools from our non-mechanic garage. This $20 project saved us hundreds from getting the car serviced at the dealership. The part has had no problems with everyday use (going on 30 days now).
Found part on site very easily. Placed order standard delivery Saturday May 19, got confirmation that it shipped on Tuesday May 22. Correct part arrived
So the whole process that I experienced was good and incredibly better than my experience with CarID
I ordered a part that would possibly be non-standard for the make and model car for which it was intended. I was trying to match an existing non-standard appearance headlight on a recently purchased vehicle. Long story-short it wouldn't work and I had to call and get a RMA and then order a OEM fit headlight set to make both headlights units to have the same appearance. Both representatives with whom I conferred were both very helpful and very polite and professional. Both were well trained and knowledgeable about the requisite procedures to return the previously ordered unit and to purchase the new set of OEM-fit units. These two people made an unpleasant task much more bearable with their courtesy and competence.
Any time I need auto parts I now go straight to carparts.com because I know from past experience they will have the right part and a very reasonable price plus shipping is always extremely low. Thank you car parts

This is my first here. When I placed my order and after I checked out I realized some information was incorrect. ( my falt) Called Car Parts a day Talk to Romeo. This guy knows how to do is job. 3 or 4 minutes every thing was corrected and my part is on its way. Thank You.
I will never use this company or their products on my vehicles or any customer vehicles again. Customer service is abysmal, shipping and delivery is a joke. Worthless. Rockauto is the best I've ever used. Rather pay extra for service n dependability
I called the warehouse manager and he was awesome! He showed me that i almost ordered the wrong part and he found the exact fit and then help me place my order before i got the wrong one, he was a very good mam. Thank you guys for your prices and the way you handle customers!
Ordered parts, with "overnight" shipping option, paid 41$ for shipping cost. 6-7 hours later not received any tracking number, called the customer service, then they said: "usually overnight shipping time is 3 days". I requested the shipping cost back as getting a regular shipping service, they wanted to give back half of it. Canceled the order right away.
Satisfied with service and product took a week to get here but all in all very satisfied, product was quality made will be shopping again.
