Ordered my part on the 9th should have been here by the 11th~ called and they told my part wont be here until Monday I payed $15 for two day shipping that is taking over 5 days to get to me and the guy wanted to argue with me on the phone. Very unprofessional and I wont be buying from them again this is a total rip off
Part was ordered and the website said it was available. It also stated that I wouldn't be charged until the order processed. 48 hours later, card was hit within hours of the transaction, but still processing. I emailed them... no reply. Next day I get an email stating the part I ordered wasn't in stock. Now, 5-7 business days to refund me. Young girl then called me to see if I wanted anything else. No thank you. She then told me it would be 10-14 days for my refund.
If you're going to sell something... sell it, have it. Not source it after. I'm sure they do good with mainstream items. I just wont use them again.
Using this site for the first time using this carparts.com site it all went very well, nice to know I didn't have to mess with passwords user names etc.it was like buying something from a brick and mortar auto parts store!

Didn't receive a tracking email. Spent two minutes on the phone, and got all the info I needed. Can't think of another company that resolved issues that fast. Very satisfied with the response time.
I purchased my 1st products from the web site and i picked 2 day shipping and agreed to pay the extra shipping. This would have guaranteed my part to arrive no later than 5/9/18. However I checked my email today to find out It will not be arriving until 5/4/18. And the confirmation email I was sent after the order does not show my 2 day shipping fee. Long story short when I called today the rep argued with me on what I know i Paid for and What I know I selected online Sunday night. I asked her to cancel my order I can not wait until Next week, she told me it was already shipped. I asked her a second time for a refund and to cancel she said it it on the distributor warehouse and out of her hands. I will have to wait until I get the items next week then call her back about a refund. She needs to get her story straight, Don't lie to me. I know what I choose your company changes my order for what ever reason. Now the customer ME has to deal with it.

I was skeptical because of the low prices but don't let that fool you! I ordered two front replacement hubs for my 2000 Dodge Dakota and they were delivered on time and the parts were NEW! I couldn't believe it! So today, I ordered my tie rods! As long as I continue to get NEW parts at this price, this is my parts store from now on! LOVE IT!
