Ordering and finding the part started as an impossible task with other companies but CarParts made it simple for me as well as inexpensive. Hopefully I'll receive it within the next 5 business days as promised.
I've ordered several items for my project and I'm having a great experience and as we all know there will be some glitches, but so far customer service has been great making my experience a pleasant one.The only issue I've had thus far was not receiving an email confirmation which was rectified immediately after calling customer service.

I have read really poor reviews on this site, however, the price was my first concern. Excellent pricing, was the first selling point for me. I am not computer savy, and the on-line chat help was extremely helpful! Robby was the person who helped me, and was very forgiving of my lack of "knowing how". He clearly explained everything, and helped me order the part! I cannot speak for others, but IMO, this customer service was superior!

I loved the customer service was remarkable and I'm a tough cookie to convince I think they did a great job is teasing me and overwhelmingly they make sure that my order is what I needed for my vehicle because I did order a few things that didn't comply with my vehicle after about a 15-minute conversation he made sure he had everything perfect for me but I appreciate the help because I thought I was smart after calling in they showed me that they was just a little bit smarter they helped me with a lot and I appreciate the patience that they took with me I have no patience and I thought it was great but they took the time to make sure that I was a happy consumer thank you

This is a horrible company to get car parts from. I ordered my car ports on a Tuesday only received one of the two car parts the following Tuesday. When I call they tell me it came from 2 different places and I won't get the other one till Thursday. Bad business would never buy from them again.

Processed my order after telling me several times my order couldnt be processed then emailed the next day saying my order was put on hold, they needed to verify my cardholder info, it was a prepaid visa that no registration was needed for, when I got them on the the phone they asked a bunch of odd questions, if I just moved here, am I a homeowner or renting, my previous address etc. then tried to ship 3-5 day ground but charge for 2 day! DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I would give this company 0 stars! I placed an order and when I went to check out, it told me there was an issue with my payment and to try another form of payment. I was concerned so I checked my checking acct to find out that I had a pending charge from them but no order. I called customer service 2 times as the customer service agent was truly incompetent and rude. I wanted to cancel an order that had not been placed but had a pending charge on my bank acct. After being on the phone with them forever to make sure I got my money back, a while later I received an email saying they cancelled one of the items on the order. I wanted the whole order cancelled. Had the customer service person had a different attitude, I would not have cancelled. Still waiting for the resolution. Don't bother ordering & i will pay extra instead of using this company ever! Order with caution
Take days to ship out ur parts but tell u at the time of purchase it would be ship the next day, and can't get to them with an email
Car parts sent me a faulty Mass Air flow for my car that only shuts my car off when plug. I contacted Car Parts but yet to get a response from them. Buyers Stay away from buying any good quality parts from them. They only want your cash!
I may be quick to criticize however; Car Parts on line ordering fail to show an expected date of delivery or an estimated date of shipment, they just process your order and take your money.
