I'm happy with the price but I hope it gets here by Tuesday I placed this order early today a d you still haven't processed it yet, my truck goes in Tuesday, it said 2-3 buisness days, please get on the ball, better review to come if it arrives on time
They have messed my order up, had to call, spent way to much time on the phone with George only to be lied to. Not worth saving a few cents. I asked for a supervisor to fix it and was told i couldn't speak to one!
I like car parts, fast easy to order parts, fast shipping... all parts I have ordered fit exactly like the original parts, great directions easy to follow steps, should be everybody's parts department.
I called with a street scene roll pan item number 950-*******... every other supplier shows this roll pan as urethane,. Your site is showing it as fiberglass... i told the guy from your place I was only interested in urethane... he said he was checking... but instead hung up the phone after 6 mins of me waiting... he never called back... so i just ordered it... you should change your discription of this item...
Yesterday i went on line to locate an ignitiin cylinder for my car. I needed next day delivery. I ordered from carparts.com, paid therir overnight purchase price to expidite the service. It was corrected, to receive it tomorrow, a day late, and they charged the overnight expidition to my card? I didnt get the service i paid for either time. These people have no integrity. They boast cheal prices, but screw you around to get it. So i guess if you have a week or two to wait, its a good deal. But if your cointing in good service and a fair price, go somewhere else. Very disapointed.
Very poor, ordered a part on a Friday morning and still waiting on Fed Express ( 4 days later) pick up confirmation. This means car parts doesnt process quickly. In a world of automotive repairs, we need part fast, it may be cheaper but if you have to wait I weeks for your parts... whats the sense!... and dont even try to get a refund!
I purchased a replacement master cylinder for my 2004 GNC Envoy on Tuesday March 20th. Just recirvrd my first notice of shipping with confirmation... it was shipped out this morning. 4 days after ordering. Wont be here for another 3 days.

I pay for overnight delivery and they sent me 4 day later that was a fraud.
So sad. Order just regular delivery I lost $10.00 dollar this part of my track number.

Bought a windshield seal from them I received it late when I opened the box the seal was almost in a knot. When installing the seal the rubber cracked tried to save the seal and use it and ended up with a broke windshield . Customer service contacted me over a week ago to resolve this issue was told they would get back to me it's been over a week now never heard back from them and now out 189.00 for a windshield this company is terrible save your money.
I ordered parts They sent damaged and also the wrong parts! Customer service was horrible, I sent them a email of damaged and wrong parts (I should have received a refund rite then) never again will I try dealing with this shady company no wonder why they have horrible reviews.
The website is unclear and arguably deceptive when trying to fit a part to a specific vehicle. Dont assume the parts it generates after youve entered your vehicle info will actually fit. You have to go to the second page of the part and down to the very bottom of the page in order to find out if part will actually fit despite the fact that the site already generated a list of parts for your vehicle. This way you have to pay for return shipping
On Sep 25,2017, I proceeded to go to carparts.com to order an alternator for my vehicle.
With their online selection tool, I selected a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica Base 3.8L.
I completed the order with my credit card.
When I received the part, I took it to my mechanic for installation. He informed me it was the incorrect Alternator.
I contacted carparts.com to ask for an exchange... the online customer service rep (Monic) informed me exchanges were not possible, only returns. I agree to returning the part and asked for a pre-paid label. She informed me since I ordered the wrong part, i would be responsible for the return postage. I proceeded to tell her that I did not order the wrong part, I did successfully select my correct vehicle when I placed the order. She basically told me i was illiterate because their system is correct and i ordered the part for a Chrysler Town and Country van. I disputed that claim, because I know I specifically selected a Chrysler Pacifica Base 3.8L from their selection tool. So after being completely insulted, I asked to have the RMA processed and informed her I will take my business elsewhere.
Yes, you get your parts and the price reflects the service. If you think you are going to another online vendor to avoid them it becomes more difficult and muddy because this is actually J. C. Whitney and they own multiple domains online so the company behind the different web sites remains the same and so does the service. They take your order and it is drop shipped from the vendor they have NO control just good placement in search and paid ad placements so they always come up first. They went from spamming you with catalogs in your mail box to the internet - how things never really change.
2 stars only because they have been able to survive this long

Wasted my time by them waiting two days to verify and confirm a $22 order. I asked to ship to a new address, which turned into a phone interrogation. Cancelled the order. Geeeez!
I called to purchase an interior door handle, the price from the first consultant was $18. Plus $13.89 for shipping & handling, he said he could not take my credit card info but had me dial it into the phone, then claimed am error occurred, transferred me to a credit card authorized which took my card info then read back the the price was now $41 not $32 and when I questioned the price increase she replied hmm well now it is $56. So I cancelled the order and she acknowledged the cancellation she stated there would not be any charges to me. Two days later I have a $41 charge on my credit card and they are refusing to return the money.
I highly recommended this site. Its worth the wait prices are better then auto parts store. Hugh savings great customer service never had any issues
