I order a radiator reservoir for my car. Omgosh, it took two weeks for me to get it. Not only that he had the balls to charge me $6.99 $6.99 for $6.99 for shipping I cannot believe this I am highly disappointed and I will never go through this company again and I advised everybody else at recess to do the same. I would have appreciated a bit more time to cancel the order. I found the part locally in less than a minute after placing the order. It was too late to cancel. On the other hand, I couldn't have asked for better service in placing the return. I would have preferred prepaid return shipping though.
On your website the OEM part number for my car and was the part number I purchased - but before checkout it kept saying was wrong part for my car. Then, when I sent my order, I was never told delivery schedule. Please fix this.
I called to get an auto part and they had something messed up and when I called customer service a lady named Elvie help me. She was absolutely wonderful at her job and I would like to thank her very much you should keep her on the team she's well worth the money. She has should actually have a raise, just keep that in mind.

Order the part on 09/22 they dont give you the time of arrival until AFTER you $#*!ing pay. So thinking I'm saving myself money order it and bam it'll arrive the 1st. The 1st comes and that's when the part arrives... to FedEx to deliver the part. On the 4th. So I take the day off to replace this $#*! just to find out it was a waste of time! Trust me not worth saving 40 bucks I'd rather go to auto zone and pay for convenience.

The first time I ordered from these guys they sent my fog lamps with bad wiring. I was pretty pissed but fixed it myself. Told them about it they said send it back. I said I already fixed it. Definitely they have a great price but customer service maybe need little bit more training, for some reason the website took my shipping address as billing address and backwards, so I used the live chat with "Justin" which his solution was to cancel my order and re-order again with the right shipping address causing that way a double payment (I use PayPal) but of course, shouldn't worry cause I'll get a refund in 24 to 48 hrs... how difficult is to change an address?
