Parts appear to be well made but obviously not for my car. Air intake hose had to be modified on both ends to fit. Crankcase vent hose not even close. Sorry I did not buy oem parts. I am done
The tire shop that I took my car to recommended that I order replacement wheels from a third party to save some money. They quoted me $205/each for wheel replacement. After doing some looking, Carparts.com was the only website that offered the best deal for re-manufactured wheels. I got them for $170/each and the cost of shipping was reasonable and fast. The quality of the wheels received exceeded my expectations. They look like brand new and the tire shop had no issues putting them on. Overall, I was very satisfied with my order on Carparts.com.
I ordered a fuelpump for my 1990 Acura Integra, for about $30. Installation went fine. Not even 1 month in, no way can it already be shot so I replaced my fuel filter... nope fuel pump was crap it doesn't work. Now I'm stranded and it's only about 25 degrees out. Never using this site again thanks for nothing.
I purchased a timing belt kit for an 05 Kia Optima, 2.4 litre. I was advised after ordering that only part of the timing belt kit was being shipped due to the timing belt being out of stock. When I received the order it only contained the hydraulic actuator and the water pump, no pulleys, no tensioner belt or timing belt. I spoke to customer service and was assured they would correct the problem. I was then billed for a timing belt and instead received the tensioner belt, this is obviously not a timing belt as the belt is about 12-14". I had to go to a local part store and purchase the pulleys and timing belt separately. This was my second order and my last order from Carparts.com. I would strongly recommend using another site or a local part store.

Ordered turn signal relay on October 19th. Took almost a week to arrive even though I had to pay for shipping. Installed the part October 26th. Spent two weeks out of state in November due to a death in the family. The part shorted out yesterday, leaving hazard lights permanently on, making the blinkers inoperable. Now I'm without blinkers and have to order it from a more reputable company while I wait for shipping. No communication back from company about what they would do to remedy situation after I emailed customer service. Save yourself the money and buy parts from a real company.

I ordered parts on prepaid card and overnighted order next day I receive email saying they won't be able to send with speaking to me to process and needed part asap so now they won't send til Monday when I needed it sat so now I'm going to pay more at the parts store and never will I order again off this site
I ordered part and asked for regular shipping costing approximately 6.00. They used my credit card and charged me 33.00 for shipping making it next day. I did not order next day and called customer service and they did nothing but send a email to shipping and this email was ignored. Watch your bills they will charge you for the wrong shipping without your permission and will not refund their error. There is no savings with this company it cost me more to buy on line than it would at brick and mortar store
I placed my order via website. I was given a delivery date the date came there was NO package no email no phone stating an unexpected delay or ANYTHING! I called in only to be told I was given the incorrect tracking number & they did not know where my package was located oh & did I mention I was told I had to be called back until they figured it out, no timeframe was given his exact words were " it could be today some time, maybe tomorrow or the day after" I spoke with a manager only to be told the same thing SHE DOES NOT KNOW! I'm completely disgusted with this "business" you definitely received MY money but what have I received? NOTHING not even an explanation! Do not even order from these "people" it's not worth the headache! I paid $42.38 for shipping & handling and I still am without a package!
Ordered a set of head light for my Honda Odyssey 2005 driver side light leaked water and fogged up talked with them 3 times all 3 times said they'd get back to me never did. So take it for what it's worth if you receive a faulty part from them that's just to bad. Needless to say they'll see me again.

My black friday purchase only had about half of what I ordered available. The other parts were just processed like normal. I can really do alot with one of the calibers I needed. When asked if I could just cancel my order being most wasnt available, I was told I couldnt because the warehouses were closed on the weekend and the order may or may not get processed? Its unacceptable to not have an order fulfilled and not be able to cancel the rest
Bought the door lock actuator for Camry. Worked for 1 day. Went back to doing the same thing the defective factory part did, won't stay locked, general malfunction. Don't skimp, spend the extra $20 for the one from a reputable place. By the time I got around to installing it, reordering and new one and swapping it out again I'm outside of their return window. Why such a short return window? Because they know they sell junk!
