Although CarParts originally sent a damaged part, they readily apologized for the problem and credited my account promptly. It amounts to credibility and trust.
They helped me get a full refund because my package was stolen didn't try to hassle me or anything just asked what happened and said we will take care of it

I order my part (core support) on august 10th. They didn't message me to tell me that they didn't have the part until August 12th. Then when I found the number and called the customer service all they could do was offer excuses. Part wasn't available when I ordered and they didn't update they website. Then expected me to wait and the might have the part in 2 more weeks. I would not order from them at all.

I ordered a front bumper and hood for my 1993 Honda Civic Sedan. It came fast and the prices were lower than anybody around including locally. I will definitely order again.
Sent wrong parts, customer service is terrible... zero communication once you try and return something! And at least a half hour wait every time you call! Stay away! You've been warned!

I made the mistake of ordering ABS brake parts through this company I was guaranteed that they would be here on a Wednesday now I'm being told that it might and I do mean might be here on a Friday if it's not delivered on a Friday it won't be till the following Monday. The ABS system went out on my car which sucks considered my husband is disabled he has epilepsy and cerebral palsy unable to make his appointments unable to get around to take care of him and the only thing they can do is say oops we're sorry I asked everyone to not order from them they cannot keep their word and they do not give a crap about anybody else but money. My family has already banned them and the funny thing is my kids are mechanics in different states and they used to use them.

Quick, Easy, Courteous, Polite, Efficient. I liked that. I am a person of very few words and I don"t like beating around the bush when business is involved.
Didn't receive a tracking email. Spent two minutes on the phone, and got all the info I needed. Can't think of another company that resolved issues that fast. Very satisfied with the response time.
Probably a really good business that uses a really bad delivery service FedEx is like negative on the review scale here you are using them waited over 6 days late for my package to arrive only to go to the wrong house 20 minutes away FedEx will not get on the phone and talk to you or help you out so now I am on my way to go retrieve the package myself if I have to jump through the window you should switch to Amazon UPS post office anything but FedEx they are horrible everyone there quit and you can't get no one on the phone I think they're operating out of a third world country

I bought a fan for my car's HVAC system about a year ago. When the part arrived the plastic fan was slightly cracked. Instead of going through the hassle to return the part I went ahead and put in in my car thinking it was not that bad and would probably be OK. Unfortunately at the highest speed there is a slight, but annoying vibration undoubtedly due to the small crack. I kept the fan in the car as it's very difficult job to replace. I wrote a review about a year later mostly to warn people if they have a cracked fan not to be lazy like me and instead go through the trouble to return it. Within hours carparts.com contacted me via email and offered a $10 refund. I did not ask or expect the refund since it was my laziness for not returning the part plus it had been almost a year. In these times it's rare to get that type of customer service. Carparts.com turned me from an occasional to a loyal customer with a mere $10 investment because it gave me confidence they will take care of me if there is ever a bigger issue. Bravo!

Worst thing I have ever done turned out they didn't even carry my part and wasted aloy of my time with returns 3 hours total on the phone. Shipped me the wrong part then tried to charge me double the next time for the same wrong part after promising to honor that price. The people you talk to don't care there not in a lmerica and don't understand you qhen you need to call in so you have to talk to 8 people who are all sitting in the same room. They will pass you around to try and puch you off Dont believe Brian!
So i ordered my package and it said it would get here on the 15 but said it was delivered on the 20th. But i called and i waited 20 minutes on the call and i couldn't understand the customer service work for crap. And she wasn't helpful at all. Never going to order from here again they can't even tell me where my package is at they suck
