There website said Guaranteed to fit after I typed in my vehicle and it took a week to get the part then 2 hours on phone trying to get right part now have to wait a week for them to pick up the part they said guaranteed to fit and wAit no telling how long for the new one
I ordered two parts a fender and the liner
The fender itself was being shipped thru xpo. It was supposed to be delivered today. I called and it's still in Virginia where it started!
The fender liner was supposed to be delivered by fedex today and it's also still in Virginia waiting to be picked up by fed ex!
Is this how you guys do business?! Tell your customers and have them pay for shipping for timelines you can't keep!? This is horrible! Now I need to call the body shop and reschedule to have them installed because they couldn't deliver when they said they would.
Be aware that despite their 90 Day Return Policy, which is ALL OVER their website, that some parts have a 30 day return policy and is only found by scrolling all the way through the part description you are looking at. I was told that I could not make a return on the 30th day since I received it. I obtained authorization from their supplier that the return would be honored and they still would not honor the return.
I am not a mechanic so I have no way to re-sell the part. The part was never used or opened and is in resalable condition. I am even willing to pay a re-stock fee, even though I am within the return guidelines. Still, no help by customer service.

I bought the glass for a 2014 Ford Mustang driver side door and by far they were the cheapest the glass arrived in 4 days I use my own Clips because it does not come with clips and it's a perfect fit hope this review helps someone!

Be very careful when you buy something from this outfit. They create a shipping label, tell you it is shipped but 3 days later FedEx has not picked it up. Look elsewhere for parts!

I purchased a replacement master cylinder for my 2004 GNC Envoy on Tuesday March 20th. Just recirvrd my first notice of shipping with confirmation... it was shipped out this morning. 4 days after ordering. Wont be here for another 3 days.
If you are looking to fix your daily driver quick, dont count on this company. Seriously... who waits 4 days to ship an order.

I ordered a part that would possibly be non-standard for the make and model car for which it was intended. I was trying to match an existing non-standard appearance headlight on a recently purchased vehicle. Long story-short it wouldn't work and I had to call and get a RMA and then order a OEM fit headlight set to make both headlights units to have the same appearance. Both representatives with whom I conferred were both very helpful and very polite and professional. Both were well trained and knowledgeable about the requisite procedures to return the previously ordered unit and to purchase the new set of OEM-fit units. These two people made an unpleasant task much more bearable with their courtesy and competence.

I ordered a fuel sensor/pump/sending unit for my Chevy Venture 2002. A mechanic put it in, but it never quite worked fine. It didnt seal up with the tank correctly, so fuel spilled when I filled it up. I took it to the mechanic back a few time, but he could not get it right. I got tired of dealing with it, and let it go, since the car was drivable. I just didnt fill it up completely. But this caused my check engine light to go on, due to fuel evaporative leak. Finallly I took it to another mechanic. He realized that carparts.com had sent me the wrong part. He checked the VIN, and saw that the actual part needed is different. So I had to spend double on mechanic to fix this issue, and buy another part. I tried getting a refund on the wrong part, but customer service refused, saying its past 90 days return policy.

Then I contacted carparts.com and Paul from car parts sent me the right window regulator to replace that, because the part they sent me earlier was for Japanese manufactured Camry. My parts were delivered earlier than expected. Online site is easy to find your parts. I saved money buying the less expensive brand but they were top notch in quality.
So I ordered a front bumper and a grille kit for my Toyota Corolla and when I received it. It was bent and it wasn't the right part so I tried to contact them. And they take wayyyy to long to get back with you and come to find out I ordered the wrong thing so I wanted a refund and the best they could give me was 70 dollars and I'll have to pay the shipping. Keep in mind I spent $236 on it. I'll save you from money so take my advice its definitely not worth ordering from them.
Honestly you are better off shopping at autozone than this joke of a company. I had to call 3 times 3 different days to get an update. Ordered 5 parts only received information on 2 of them. One of the parts was canceled without my knowledge because of limited inventory even though there site says they have 4 in stock. This resulted in me canceling another part because I needed both parts not only one. Then for the last part which the representative told me they have 104 parts in stock. He says that order will be prioritized but I doubt it with this joke of a company. Again you are better off ordering from oreillys, autozone, nappa then this site.

I ordered a carpet kit on 12/18, when I bought it online they said they have it in stock, so I waited and waited and decided to call today (1/8/21)to follow up, that's more than a month, and found out that they had cancel the order because they did not have the item? Parts guys hung up on me twice, I would never buy from this company, so please BEWARE, and their Customer Service is in overseas, they have no clue if they have the parts they're selling are in stock or not? Ordered on 14 July 2018, truck broke down last week, August 7th and seemes like a fuel issue. I replaced the fuel pump and got me going. Same happened today 12th August and i looked under the hood and found that this egr sensor had melted and melted 2 other hoses along with it. Several hundred dollars of f*@# up due to this part!
I ordered the wrong part and contacted costumer service. They found the right part from another site and helped me get the correct part for my model! Even though it was from another site! Very impressive! They even canceled my order with no problem! I will come back to them for sure in the future!
Save yourself the headache, do not order from this website
1. They guaranteed next day shipping. I ordered on Thursday and was supposed to receive my item on Saturday. I received 3 emails the next day mentioning that my items have delayed.
2. The order does not arrive until Wednesday the next week... How is that overnight shipping... which I paid extra for.
3. After the part arrived, it did not fit... Everywhere on their website stated 'guaranteed to fit' I even called, gave my vin number and confirmed my car make year and model number before ordering... HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN.
4. Whenever I called... they say they want to look into it and will call me back... ut no one ever calls back. Keep in mind, their customer support center is in the Philippines so they can't do much for you and keep waiting to hear back from their US warehouse.
I literally just got off the phone with them after being put on hold again for almost an hour...
Just save yourself the unnecessary headache, the savings are not worth it. I wish I paid the extra $200 and went with another supplier.
