I purchased a mount for my car. It was the wrong mount. Yes that's my fault. But Its impossible to return this item. It's been over 5 days and I have yet to hear from a rep to tell me correct ways to go about the return process. After they told me it would only take 2 to 3 days to contact me. Its quite disappointing this is how they take care of customers. I dont recommend and I definitely wont ever purchase this website again. Really shows they dont care about their customers and they just want your money.
Purchased a trim piece for my wife's car. The part was a cheap flimsy plastic version of the factory mud shield but they charged more than the price of the item in shipping. I didnt want to use it so on return they deduct the price of the item in shipping defeating the purpose of returning it because you basically get nothing back. They sell bad parts and scam the customers through shipping fees so you have no incentive to return. I warn anybody about to use their site to steer clear from these scam artists

They offer automotive parts at the lowest prices possible. They guarantee that their products are the lowest that you'll find online. When you compare their products to parts offered by other sites, you'll see the difference!
In fact, if you find a part from another store that's cheaper than what they offer, they will beat or match that price!
Definitely they have a great price but customer service maybe need little bit more training, for some reason the website took my shipping address as billing address and backwards, so I used the live chat with "Justin" which his solution was to cancel my order and re-order again with the right shipping address causing that way a double payment (I use PayPal) but of course, shouldn't worry cause I'll get a refund in 24 to 48 hrs... how difficult is to change an address?
I had to order 6 repair parts from multiple sources, carparts.com being one of them. Of the quoted delivery times, carparts.com was the longer of them all (5 - days vs 3-days for the others). Now 2 days past the quoted delivery - no parts.
If you can't delivery the parts on the time you quote, then you are in the wrong kind of online business.
I will never use carparts.com again - not worth the $6 price difference.
Mirror arrived fast, perfect fit for the vehicle but the power and heated mirror connection does not fit. Will settle for no power or heated passenger side mirror but not happy about it. It does look nice though.

I recieved wrong part order and when i called customer service they at first i said i had to pay for shipping for their mistake, then they ignored all my emails and calls. Stay far away from this illegal operation. Buyer beware!
I purchased an alternator from Carparts they charge me for core, they refund me for my core. But now the new part is defective now they offer to refund for defective part but now they get to keep my original and they get the defective one.

Just made a purchase for $3.75. Shipping was $7.00 and some change. How does that work? I will review again when I get the product... I could not change the option of shipping when I had it in my cart.
Absolutely do not buy from this website. I order a pair of headlights and everything looked okay until they got installed. The headlights were not aligned and they couldn't be adjusted. When contacting there customer service I was on hold for hours. After sing up for there schedule call back bu there customer service, i still did get a call back. Never buying from them again!
I ordered a tail lamp assembly that the dealer quoted me a price of $233 plus labor to install. Car parts sent me the part I needed for $72.33 including shipping and handling. I was able to install it myself.
Called a junkyard and the part was 50$ used looked on parts.com new part was 37$ with shipping had it to my house in about 10 days and it fit perfect very very good and affordable experience thank you Parts.com

I used an exact engine family number for emissions in CA. The cat converter was guaranteed to fit. It did not meet CA smog requirements. Item shipped from LA to San Diego yet I was on the hook for returning to NEw York. I will not use carparts again.
