I called with a street scene roll pan item number 950-*******... every other supplier shows this roll pan as urethane,. Your site is showing it as fiberglass... i told the guy from your place I was only interested in urethane... he said he was checking... but instead hung up the phone after 6 mins of me waiting... he never called back... so i just ordered it... you should change your discription of this item...

I ordered injectors for my truck. I placed order online. I was charged within 5 min at my bank. I did not receive my confirmation email. Reviewing online order it said my address was somewhere in TX. Thus begins the nightmare's. I have spent three hours total call time for 6 calls trying to find my order and correct the website sending all parts to sum address in tx by default. The number for their shipping CO.@; LSO call number is listed wrong and has no way to contact them to locate anything as customer reps try to tell me call them as they have no system access for anything shipping. Called them back again for 45 min on hold. The service reps never can help, just ask for a supervisor. Fast forward over 2 weeks... i got my replacement order. I WOULD RATHER LICK DOORKNOBS IN CHINA than order anything from this place ever again. Rock auto or summit like usual.

They charged me around $25 for my part I returned the part with all their taxes and shipping handles and bull$#*!hieves I only got $11 back how is that looking out for your customers. Bought a tail light for my 2005 Mazda Tribute from carparts.com. The tail light was a fraction of the price from other sites but I said "I'll try them". Well the tail light was just as good as the original. Very good quality. I had read some of the negative reviews and I took a chance and it paid off. I would give this company 0 stars! I placed an order and when I went to check out, it told me there was an issue with my payment and to try another form of payment. I was concerned so I checked my checking acct to find out that I had a pending charge from them but no order. I called customer service 2 times as the customer service agent was truly incompetent and rude. I wanted to cancel an order that had not been placed but had a pending charge on my bank acct. After being on the phone with them forever to make sure I got my money back, a while later I received an email saying they cancelled one of the items on the order. I wanted the whole order cancelled. Had the customer service person had a different attitude, I would not have cancelled. Still waiting for the resolution. Don't bother ordering & i will pay extra instead of using this company ever! Order with caution
They have messed my order up, had to call, spent way to much time on the phone with George only to be lied to. Not worth saving a few cents. I asked for a supervisor to fix it and was told i couldn't speak to one!
I bought a headlamp lens and was pleased with the simplicity of the web site and the price. They beat Amazon Prime on product selection and price, which is itself uncommon, but their delivery is slow, I'm still waiting for the part so I'm glad I didn't need it right away.
This company lies on their website, the products do not arrive in the indicated time, they only do it so you can buy and then they tell you that the order process takes between three and five days, the customer service is horrible, I do not recommend it.

I ordered two headlights and was sent an email stating only one was in stock. I requested that the other one not be shipped. Was told it was already shipped but continued to receive emails that there was a delay in shipping. Emailed again and still stated they could not do anything. Now they want to charge me shipping to return the item. Customer Service 101: If part of the order is not in stock, let the customer know so they can decide if they want the part of the order that is in stock or to cancel the order completely. When one requests an order be cancelled and the item clearly has NOT been SHIPPED, there is no reason the order can't be cancelled. If you decide to ship anyways, it is not my obligation to pay for return fees. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't do business with them.
I ordered a side mirror and when I opened the package it was clear that someone had ordered it before and replaced it with the scratched/used mirror. I called customer service and they immediately sent me another mirror.

The first time I ordered from these guys they sent my fog lamps with bad wiring. I was pretty pissed but fixed it myself. Told them about it they said send it back. I said I already fixed it. They gave me a discount. Decided to give them anothet chance. Havent been disappointed. Nothing but reliability and fast shipping since.
This is not OE original equipment as it says on the ad this is misleading. It says right on the box at this is an aftermarket not original equipment product. I am taking this overseas so if this does not match up then I am out of luck.
I ordered parts that was advertised as a pair. Carparts did not have the pair so they sent out the single part without my authorization. They now want me to send the part back at my expense which isn't happening. The proper thing they should have done was call me to verify that I would take the single part but they took it on themselves to send it out. I actually needed the part they didn't have but since the parts was advertised as a pair I had to get them both. I strongly recommend not ordering anything from them
Bought off eBay they said upto a week for delivery sent a fake tracking number from a cutthroat company gsi and never actually sent the bumper offered to refund a week later cause they only have half a bumper told them to cancel and thanks for wasting a week I knew I should have just bought it locally had to open a claim on eBay and in the end they still only shipped half a bumper I even called and worst customer service imaginable f- now when the half bumper arrives I've gotta ship it back to them

Very helpful and through, I have ordered parts several times. If you know you have a repair coming up definitely the place to buy from, the people I talk to there are trying there best to make sure you get the right part for your project
The web site gives a delivery date at the time of the order but on that date, instead of getting a part, you get an email saying shipping is delayed and they blame the carrier. In reality, the carrier doesn't have the part as they have not actually sent it. If you check the tracking information, the part has not yet been picked up.
I recently placed an order with CarParts.com and when it arrived the parts were two different brands. Since they were suspension components (control arms with ball joints) I would have really preferred to have the same brand so wear and tear would be similar but I didn't notice the difference until I have my vehicle apart and we were getting ready to take a road trip so I couldn't wait for the proper replacement. After going back and forth with the company about this they were understanding and promised to make more of an effort in the future to either ship all of the same components or to at least let the buyer know there was a shortage and give a few different options to resolve the issue instead of sending two different brands.
In the end the company was great to work with and I'll still consider them for car parts in the future.

If you have a core to ship back, good luck! Absolutely junk reman parts, ripoff company, will hang up on you when you call, takes over an hour. The parts like I said are junk, reman builders actually painted over the grease. Painted the splines in which you have to throw in a washer to eat off to fit. - 10 for these POS clowns. Bite the bullet and order from Napa.
