Bought a $13 car handle that I paid $25 for overnight delivery so that my mechanic could put it on the next day. Carparts.Com out of Carson, CA, (in live in SoCal) sends it to Las Vegas for shipment and it gets there at 4:20 am, but then FedEx decides not to send it out that day! So they flip it to STANDARD DELIVERY. After I say, "Don't send it anymore," Fed-Ex delivers. I call and say take it back. They do. And return to sender. But guess what, Carparts.Com only refunds your part price -- not shipping. So don't waste your time with Express Delivery by Carparts.com or Fed-Ex. Seems like a racket to me!
I ordered Rancho shocks for my 2017 using the website tools. When I received them they not for my truck. I asked to return them, they said I would have to pay the shipping $82. I did and want to warn folks!
Purchased a Climate Control Unit - Direct Fit, Kit for my 2002 Highlander. The photo for the Climate Controls did not perfectly match the unit in my car so I called them to make sure it would work with my model. The company representative assured me it would. When installed it did not work and you have to cut the wires of the old parts to install. So I just wasted $135 and still have a heat/ac unit that does not work. Do not trust these guys for parts advice.
Ordered rear brake shoes for my van they sent wrong ones. Called to return they wanted a picture of the shoes and they said they would call no return phone call again spoke to different person wanted to send a picture again no return phone call called 3 times in the 54 years working on cars never this problem returning wrong part Never again your not saving any money what a joke
Had a damaged part in my order I submit a request to replace the item CPZ*******. Paul was able to help me replace it at no cost. Took only 3 days to get to me and offered me 10% back as a courtesy. Great customer service and the part looks amazing on my vehicle.

Ordered a replacement door handle for a Toyota Highlander 2012. I received the first part, which was the wrong part. I took pictures and submitted a return claim. They sent me the exact same part twice. I called customer service and they said "Well this is the right part for your vehicle so...". But, the photos I sent prove that this is not the case. It is impossible to install on my vehicle. Ultimately got a refund for the item, but what a waste of time this was. It is very unlikely that I will order parts from them again. Disappointed.

I purchased seat heater pads for my classic Silverado. Parts description says "direct fit replacement" and Q&A states the pads are for both driver and passenger side. In fact, the wiring and the pre-placed adhesive only works for the passenger side seats (the wiring should go towards the center console). If I adhered the pad to my driver seat as manufactured, the wiring would be too short. I extended the wires to make it work for me, but for someone looking to remove and replace it's more than what they should do. I wrote a review on the product page at carparts.com and they immediately reached out to me to clarify the issue and see what they could do to help. After explaining what I did to make the pad work they sent a small refund for my trouble because of the inaccurate parts description. I'm appreciative of the responsive correspondence and friendly customer service and I was happy that they took my review seriously.

Found part on site very easily. Placed order standard delivery Saturday May 19, got confirmation that it shipped on Tuesday May 22. Correct part arrived
So the whole process that I experienced was good and incredibly better than my experience with CarID
Ordered side view mirrors. So loose they almost folded up. Sent replacements opened one box, no better. Sent all four back said I broke tabs on the back cover in the box I never opened. Sent money back for one mirror, no money back for second mirror and they kept the mirror. If you won't refund the money then send my part back to me. Worst experience ever. Would never buy anything from this place
Biggest rip-off I've ever seen the most incompetent I have ever seen order depart took the money out of my account less than an hour later told me I had a shipping number which does not exist no $#*! clown in the office can give me any information whatsoever if you call for customer service it's 72 minutes tried it once and they hung up on me you people suck I will never ever use you again and I will make sure that anybody I know doesn't use you either. Pull your head out of your $#*!

These guys sent me the wrong parts, as a matter of fact I don't know what car these parts go to. I have contacted them via email, via phone, excuse me their "Google Fi" phone which you can't leave a message on. Thank God for Amazon I was able to purchase the parts from another vendor but the parts I bought from LAB works are just sending her my garage.

They suck. I ordered an aftermarket Mercedes grill, but they did not carry the start to fit this aftermarket grill. The parts guy, Gerald, was an idiot, suggesting the hood star are a replacement instead of a grill star, and ultimately told me they don't carry the star to fit the grill. So now I have a grill installed with no star to fit the hole in the grill. What a bunch of bozos. Why carry a grill with a "star emblem provision", if you don't carry a star emblem to fit it? To add insult to injury, he then suggested I check local dealers or salvage yards, though I had told him even the Mercedes dealer said they have nothing to fit, and then he cut off my chat quickly after that because he could not provide a satisfactory answer. These people are idiots. Stay away from this place.
They took over 8 business day 10 regular days to get my package to me. I will never use them. And I would not reccomend them to anyone. They are a disgrace I should hae just paid 10$ more and went with a reputable site for my part. They lied about shipping. And used the cheapest shipping possible making it impossible to expedite.
I bought a side mirror for my car and supposed to be here in 3 days via fedex. They lie when they said they had it in stock, so after three days, i guess they received the part from another location and shipped it, so it will take 2 weeks to arrive since i bought it. Horrible service.
After placing order I paid the full invoice as stated on invoice, and within same same day I was charged an extra charge! For what I don't know! Still trying to get them to explain it to me.
What gets me is they charged my cc with my authorization.

My price went up 35$ in Shipping, Handling fees and taxes. They have Amazon pay so i thought shipping would be reasonable. Also the TPMS did not work, So I had to go get one while my car was being repaired.
I ordered a new part for my wife's car, their website said that it was available. Within 24 hrs, I was emailed stating that item was out of stock. Please keep the inventory availability on your website up to date. I needed the part asap so I had to go through a different company to order the part.
My order was delivered and when I open the the box it was missing my part! I attempted several times to have this is sure resolved by phone via email and had no luck! Will not use again. No attempt was made help resolve issue? Will never use again.
